Suddenly, a wave of power surged through Vylor. His body was curled up on the ground. He was convulsing. Slowly, he began to glow. His body began to change. His front legs began to elongate, while his neck and tail began to retract. His face began to change into that of an elf's. When he stood up, he had become an elf. His two hook swords hung on his back in their holsters. His eyes began to radiate intelligence in their golden depths.

"Hold on a second, Longtail. Just let me get something I keep stashed near here..."
Dante ran over to a nearby bush, reached around it, and retrieved a pair of finely carved wooden blades. He placed the harness for them on his back, tied the harness, and grinned as he drew them both with a flourish.
"Okay... now we're ready to party!"

Argaya was going through a similar ordeal. Her neck was elongating. Her Head was elongating. Her teeth grew longer. Her feet grew claws. Wings sprouted out of her back. When she stood, her shoulder was at the same height as Vylor's.

Are you ready now?

"Yes. Lets go into the unknown." Said Vylor in his musical voice.

The two walked out of the cave. Vylor got on Argaya's back in the hollow between the spikes at the base of her neck, and she took off.

Nice toys." said Longtail with a grin, then he asked "So who do we go after first, I mean sure we have to save Cera, but which one of our foes is more dangerous?" he asked Dante.

"I say we wait near Cera's nest, out of sight. Then when they come to attack... we'll sneak up on 'em..."

Chomper, Littlefoot, & Ruby are staying in their cave till they are sure the storm is over.
Mim is walking with Cyrix while Petrie is hanging onto a tree trunk till the winds are over.

"Yeah...lets go." said Longtial as he headed in the direction of Cera's nest.

Cyrix however stopped dead in his tracks as his breathing became heavier, and his hands began to shake. Something had just spooked him, and he knew exactly what it was he turned to Mim and looked her in the eyes and said "We need to find Longtail...he....he.." Cyrix couldn't finish the sentence as he suddenly felt his heart accelerate...his whole body was shaking. and his skin was starting go pale.

Mim nods to Cyrix, "Do you know where he is? It would be easier then looking all over for him." She said.

His body was still shaking, and his skin had become an almost deathly white as he replied to Mim "Y-Y-Yes.....Cera's...nest..we..we have to...hurry. We don't...have much...time." He began to walk again, but it was unbalanced and shaky....his skin was still becoming pale...he was almost snow white. 'What's wrong with me?' thought the rainbow face.

Crouched in the bushes near Cera's nest, Dante felt a cold chill run down his spine.
"They're close..." He whispered...

Chomper peeked out of the cave. "Hey, it looks like the storm is over, lets go out." He said. Littlefoot and Ruby went outside with Chomper. They looked around at what damage, if any, the storm may have done.

Mim nods, "You look like you could do with a rest. You rest here and I'll go ahead." She said then she took off towards Cera's nest at her long distance running speed.

Petrie looked around to be sure the big blowy wind was over. When he was sure he let go and continued. He flew over to start telling the growups what he had seen.

Longtail nodded and said "Yeah...too close, and I can smell 'em...it is Korr and your brother, but I don't know why they brought Cera here? Do you?" he asked Dante

Cyrix however wasn't content to sit around while his nephew and mate were in trouble, so he continued to try and walk, but found it hard, almost impossible....but he swore to himself that he wouldn't let them down...no matter what!

For the first time since coming to the Great Valley Longtail completly let his other half, his Sharptooth half take over. The blood lust, the need to tear flesh from their bones, it was so intoxicating, and he couldn't wait to taste Korr's blood on his tounge....his eye changed color again and he said in a darker almost demonic voice, but still at a whisper... "Let the feast BEGIN!"

Dante crouched low, bit his thumb, and smeared some of his blood onto the mark on his arm. He once again formed the energy wings, but this time... they were larger than he was, and were of midnight black. He looked up, and his eye shone gold as he said...
"Let entropy consume them. However, I do not wish to waste my time. They had better be...prepared..."
in a deep, demonic voice...

Suddenly, Argaya landed right next to Longtail.
We are here. projected Argaya to Longtail and Dante.

"We will do our magic." Said Vylor. He then said "Skolir! That should keep Cera safe for now."

Instantly, a bubble formed around Cera that was impossible to break or pass through.

Chomper looked around at the area. "What do you want to do now?" He asked looked at Littlefoot.

"We could go around to our friend's nests to see how things are. They may need some help." Littlefoot said.

Ruby nods, "Things that need done are done faster with more then with less."

Longtail stepped out of the bush looking directly at Korr, who for his part was rather surprised to see Cera protected by a bubble, but none-the-less pleased that his prey had shown up to the fight. Longtail then said "You've got who you want, now let Cera go! Or die by my claw!"
