Sieg and Dante stood back-to-back, panting...
"What was that? Aside from bad?" Sieg asked.
"And just how the heck do you have four homes?" Dante added, questioningly...
As they walked off, Sieg stepped up next to Hunter and asked
"What was it that you had to talk to me about?"

Before she responded to Sieg Hunter spoke into the watch on her wrist and said "Black Dust." and her house exploded in a fireball of ash and debris. She then turned to Dante and said "Well working for the marines is a pretty sweet gig....and they pay well!" Hunter then turned to Sieg and said "So we know we like each other, so where do we go from here?"

Jae looked at the explosion, "Good idea." She said, then after Hunter spoke. "Maybe someplace good to hide and plan, as well as rest and heal if any need to heal or restock ammo or other supplies." She said, keeping as alert as she could.

Here he sighed a little, then looked at her, before saying

Damien Heartwood, High Priest to the Watcher, sat on a small, wooden chair. In one hand, he gripped his scythe, which gleamed menacingly. "It is most fortuitus that you have succeeded, for both yourself, and for the cult. For, if you had failed in a mission of this importance, you may very well have found certain body parts missing." Damien's head, as always, was held down, allowing his entire face, muzzle and all, to be covered by his hood. "What news do you bring of the Key? Who is it?"

OOC: As opposed to Jerek and Jaina, Damien will be RPed in third person, makes him feel more detached. Also, if any of you can guess which Graphic Novel villian Damien Heartwood is based off of, you get a cookie!

"I see. For your sake, may it be found soon." Said Damien. "Now, those known as Jaina Anderson, Jerek Anderson, Dante S. Starfall, Hunter, Sieg Warheit, and Jae Garrick must be tailed. Do not directly interfere with them until I give order to do so, or the punishment shall be.... most painful." There was no indication of emotion in Damien's voice, only a hollow sound, that seemed to keep going even when the cloaked figure had finished talking.

Dante saw Jaina blush, and he smirked a little to himself as he responded
"So, right then. To Ms. A's apartment then!"
Sieg nodded, and the group set off.

I followed, then Jerek clambered up after me. "There's a very cheap security system on my door. In all likelyhood, it'll go off despite the code being entered into it." I said. "So don't freak if it starts going off. I'd shoot it, but that'd be kinda suspicsous." I added. Jerek remarked "Gunshots always raise suspiscions, sis."

Hunter looked at Sieg and said "Yeah one step at a time sounds good." As the group started walking she shuddered and asked "Is anyone else cold or is it just me?" To reasure herself Hunter checked the ammo in her gun twice. She then looked over to Sieg again and suddenly she felt safe for some reason...she couldn't wxplain it, but she knew she and the others would be okay.

Soon, we arrived at the apartment building. I swung open the door, passed a couple of Dromaeosaurus kids playing in the hall, past someone arguing with the landlord, and came to my room. I entered a code into a panel near the door, and Jerek said "Alright, everyone cover your ear slits!" Surpisingly enough, the alarm did not go off. I grinned smugly, stepped through the door, and annouced "Welcome to my apartment, make yourself at home." I walked in, revealing one room with two smaller rooms. I pointed to one of the smaller rooms. "My bedroom, don't touch the second dresser." I blushed slightly at the last part of the setence. I pointed to the other. "The bathroom." I sat down on the lumpy couch, which was ripped in a few spots. The fridge was in one corner of the room, and was about hip-height. I crossed my legs and said "The ammo's under the bed, but don't take any of the guns.

Hunter whistled as she said "Hey this aparment looks like the one I have in Australia!" She sat down next to Jaina on the counch and said "This place is really kinda homey....I like it!" Then she had to stand back up and walked into the bathroom.

Hunter stepped inside the bathroom and said "I wonder where that window leads?" Hunter then quickly opened the window and backflipped onto a scaffold and looked up knowing that it lead to the roof of the building and started walking up the stairs. Once she reached the top she pulled out a set of binoculars and looked over the city-scape.
