LBT Photoshopped Avatars!

Well, I didn't intend for this to become an independent project, but with my obsession with creating newer and better avatars, I've made too many. I've used these all at one time, but I don't really want to use them anymore. Once it's old, it's old, ya know what I mean? Now, some are of better quality than others because 1: I've grown better at this in the past year and 2: I designed some in photoshop CS2 and others in CS3. It makes a big difference. Well, here's what I've got so far that I don't really want anymore:

Please mention the one you want here, so there are no arguments or misunderstandings.

Nice Icons. Not sure if it's ok to use avatars that have the same character as member levels or only admin level avatar characters is the problem. I'd guess that admin level ones. Having an assortment of avatars is always a nice thing.

Lots of nice avatars for folks to choose from, but don't you want to put your name on them so you get credit for their creation?

Sorry. As I said, I didn't intend this to be a separate project. These are just ones I made for myself and I don't really need anymore. I'll try to make a Petrie one too. I can't make more than a couple one's of Spike though, seeing as they only show his whole body a few times in the newer sequels. I've tried making avatars of the older movies, and they didn't look very good.

Thank you for the compliment. Yeah, there is a big difference in transparency and quality between photoshop CS2 and CS3. This one was made in CS2 and I haven't touched it up yet with CS3. You can really tell:

I'm afraid that the magic wand tool just isn't very good for this sort of thing. CS3's quick selection tool does an almost perfect job selecting the background.

I used video snapshot genius to take the screenshots, then I put them into photoshop CS3 and took away the background. After that, I cropped and resized the image so it would comply with Petrie's image size restrictions. Believe me, when you take one of these avatars that's larger than it can be and the board automatically resizes it, it looks really bad, especially the one with text.

I just made this avatar, and I can't stress this enough. This is for Nimrod ONLY. I took this from his original avatar and modified it in case he likes the transparency more. If he doesn't want it, it's still not up for grabs since it's so similar to his current avatar. Oh, and if you want I can add some text to it Nimrod. Any font, color, size, location, or orientation. That goes for all of you too. If you want some text added, I'll add it for you. Anyway, here's your avatar Nimrod:

I like the transparent one because the characters can be larger. It doesn't have a background taking up all the resolution.

I don't think your avatar is limited to your level, so long as you don't use one of the status images for your avatar. I've had a Littlefoot avatar when I was a noobie. Just to be safe though, I'll refrain from posting avatars of grandpa longneck.

Everyone seems to be thinking these are desktop icons. These are actually avatars you can set here. Did you want me to make an icon set out of them too?
