I use only one hand, my right one. My left hand isn't steady enough to draw with a pencil let alone a mouse.

I draw with a regular mouse. I started to draw with a cheap corded ball mouse, now I currently draw with a corded optical laser mouse. It was indeed hard at first, but through years of practice I've gotten much better. It's a matter of practice and patience.

Persistance also helps. I did not get good at the mouse overnight. It took several attempts before I started to have some control over it. And it gradually got better as I continued.
