"After that I have to return... Trion don't take lightly to me not returning to duty or quit the force because of my knownledge of ZPE... it really limits me... I don't want to me forced back into duty... but I have no choice in the matter..." Wayne said "It one of their so called copmise for my ZPE. I feel trapped... with this ZPE... I can't be free... I am stuck following by a stupid rule..." Wayne sat down.

"I forgot about it... this ZPE caused me so much trouble with being with Dirah in the last year alone... it stupid what the Council doing to me..." Wayne said "I lost all the power of rights..."

"That is a problem Wayne, but you must follow the rules. Trin can't give you special treatment that would be seen as a double standard. PErhaps you could talk to him privately about your problem and see if he can finagle something for you. Aren't there special exemption for engaged persons?"

"It not that... it what they doing to me... last year they found out about my relationship to Dirah and what did they do, gave me 10 time more shift time then the year before and canceled 20 weeks of shoreleave." Wayne said looking at him.

"Trin thinks that because I have ZPE I shouldn't be treated like anyone else... I know this because one man that said I was canceled shoreleave I said I would leave and what he said was... 'If you leave the force you will be put in a 3 meter by 3 meter cell for life order from Trin. You have something that should be in the past.' I said back 'That aggest dinoton rights. you can't do that to me...' the dinoton said to me 'normal dinoton rights yes but you no. if you want to walk around you have to do this even you don't like it or not and we can keep you away from your girlfriend as much as we like now take over the sickly dinoton's shift or I report this'" Wayne said what he encountered looking down at the ring.

"I have to decline my proposly to Dirah... they find out about that I won't see her at all and they won't let her see me. I feel like nothing more then a puppet on strings being told to go one way or the..." Wayne paused hearing the device go and see a messege appear.

Seveal taken sick and you have to return now. your shoreleave you have left won't be put on hold. Hard luck about your rest time. But you have to buy by are terms or prisionment in a anti ZPE cell is certian" Wayne throw the device against the wall.

Dirah walks by the door and hears Wayne rave angerly"I hate this! I have no free will!! I have no will at all with the Dinoton Council!! They own and rule my life makign me do what they want me to do all because of this ZPE!! My relationship with Dirah is strained to a point that I can't even see her much and they going to take the last of it awy!! if this is life then I am in Hell!!!" wayne calmed down with sadness falling "because of the Council I can't even be with the one I love the most Dirah... they took it all away from me..."

Wayne looked at Stripetail "Trin changed alot since you was there last... his too much of a different dinoton, he made my life over the 10 dinoton years slowly a bad life making me feel trapped and do things that I couldn't fight back... I am losing everything I care for... my world. my love... my friends. my life" Wayne said with tears.

Under Aestorican law, I Have the right to classify creatures who are being presecuted as under my protection. WHich woould instantly grant you Aestorican citizenship as well"

"Not to Dinoton... or tri-foundation... that law has no strength... they have many loop holes in your Aestorican law." Wayne said sadly "It a lose lose game... they made sure that I couldn't be let go... without then shoting back." Wayne looked out the window.

The Device went off again even after that impact it was working another messege appaered saying "Wayne Return at once that is a direct order."

"They'll try to find a loop hole in this and get this to the courts if needed" Wayne muttered. "All this trouble over just me... why don't they let me do what I want to do"
