So far I only have a 7-day link available. Veoh and Filefront aren't working too well for me at the moment.

Kacie and I were talking about this one on MSN last night.
I said it was something on the lines of having thousands of light switches and only a combination of having some on and off would actually turn on the light bulb. Not an easy process, but its comparable to what the scientists want to do: decide which genes in the code of birds need to be activated at which time to create a dinosaur.
They may be close to doing this, but it'll be another 50 years or so says Jack Horner. He wants an emu to be turned into a dino.

Likely it'll be one step at a time. How do we do a tail like a dinosaur, scaly skin or modified feathers like some had, beak into muzzle, teeth, ect.

This brings up the question 'why?' Honestly, our planet is crowded enough without us having to survive Jurassic Park-like scenarios. Anyway, I'm a cynic. I think theeir bragging is all wind in this instance.

Most likely to learn more about dinosaurs, and figuring out how evolution works. I see nothing wrong with that. And last I checked they never said anything about repopulating the earth with dinosaurs.

Doubt it interests anyone but Nova, a pbs series, on the 2/26 is having an episode that is about dinosaurs. The description sounds like they found some that a volcano eruption buried similar to Pompeii and Herculeum and among those was a micro raptor about the size of a pigeon.
