I assume, not being an admin so don't really know, that being banned at least once would disqualify one from being an admin. And asking a Mod seems unusual. I assume it is Petrie who decides, not mods.

He's certainly got a mental problem now. No matter how stupid he is, there's no way he would ask that unless he's got some sort of mental retardation. I guess he wasn't just being an a$$.

I'd guess if member just joined a few seconds ago they would be more likely to be made Admin here then someone banned.
