Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Something other strange I've just noticed. When I searched for 'platvoet en zijn vriendjes' on google I came to a dutch fansite. On this site there was a link to this forum, so I think there must be another dutch member here. who isnt active but does have a fansite. I've added him on msn maybe if he comes online I can ask him more about this.

The creator of that page is indeed the GOF member "platvoet en zijn vriendjes" unless I'm very mistaken and you are referring to a different side from the one I'm thinking of (can you post the link please?). He hasn't been around since December, but he is often on MSN. :)

i think www.freewebs.com/landbeforetime .. Yes I thought it was an old member. I was wondering why he isnt active anymore then.

I never used language translators for only more a simple word (or probable two, if I were really daring). Excluded once and it is this hour alone to just prove how those are badly these things. I use myself the fish of Babel, which is a rather well-known translator. This block text goes from the English at the Frenchman up to the German and again to the English.
