The spikethumbs look up at him in surprise. "Really?" Donna thought out loud. "Then maybe you could tell us one tonight?"
Grandpa chuckles. "I'm sure it wouldn't hurt, if your parents don't mind it."
"Eh, not too much," Goanna responded. "There's alyways been different variations of stories of other places we spikethumbs never been to. We even had a few stories of the Great Valley before we had to move there."
Guan cocked an eyebrow at his sister. "I didn't know you payed attention to storytime when you were smaller," he remarked.
Goanna gave her brother a sharp glare.
