Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Yeah, I find backgrounds tough. I don't know how to make em'.
I might just copy this one and play around some with it.

Which programme did you use for the pictures?
I'm sure looking forward to see more of your art. Ruby has hitherto been a character not frequently attended to in fanart.

Well, I'm a pure Ruby fan. In my blood!  B) So yeah, you will get more fanfic of  her made by me!

Hitherto eh? That's no good... Well, least she has one follower in me! :P:

Thing is, I draw the orginal pic by hand, fill the lines with ink pencil and then scan it.
Then I open it in photoshop6.0 and fill the black lines once more.
Finally I colour it.

I can't paint in P-shop, but I tend to learn. I do better by hand so far.

I think you did well for a first drawing and posting.  I think you should continue to draw, you may be surprised at how much progress you make of the coming weeks, months, ect.

THIS TIME, I made it whole from scratch!

Here she is again:




I'm VERY proud of this picture, mostly because of 90% of it is made from scratch!
And that I think that I kinda managed to get the shadows...sorta good looking.
The only thing I don't like is her left hand, but I might edit it. I have some plans.

One thing I do wanna learn, is to paint it in a way so that the black lines gets thiner, and more precise. As you can see, they are quite thick and not so precise.
I think these pic would look quite better if so, and my drawing skills improve with it!  :^.^:  Any ideas?

 I can see you are a Ruby fan :DD , which is good and your pics are great, I really like the second one you posted (the happy one) it is very good looking, keep it up!
