My story title image

This is the title page for my story project, Beasts of the American West. I thought it would fit perfectly because there is a scene in the story that actually matches the image.

I went looking for an image that would work and it took me two hours of searching on Google. I finally found this one as a desktop download from National Geographic's website. Once I had the picture, I had to find a text color and font that would work with the picture. It was hard because there are so many dark shades in the picture and I was afraid the text would not be readable because of it.

That looks really good... but I hope you know that if you get published you won't be able to use it (at least, you wouldn't over here), but it still looks great.
