The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Not for me, no no no. I dislike it in any way. I'm atletic, but people are looking at me with the 'what are you doing here?' faces, which make me uncertain and that is the cause for not giving my full power.

I'm tooo thin for most girls which make them jealous and then they try to show they are better than me. hmm.. No.. Sportsday is nothing for me, because of others..

If I were on my own, I'd love something like that.

A school event, on that day you are only sporting. Most of the times you do several different sports.

Some schools make it a competition..

I've just seen lbt 12. I'd like to be on my own, like petrie.. But my class won't accept it.. only a few.

I've never liked them.  When we had them in Elementary school, I usually was in last, since, save for swimming, I'm really nor very good at sports.

^ Not just a Dutch thing. Over here they are called "Bundesjugendspiele" (Federal youth games).
I recall those days from my school days as days on which a lot more fuss was made about the running of rounds and leaping into sand-boxes than on ordinary school days. Because of all that fussing around the individual could just stand around waiting for his or her turn to run or jump thereby ending up doing much less exercise on that day than in any other ordinary sports lesson -_-

You mean, the hwole day at school - just sports, and sports only? No lessons at all?
Never had anything like it here. :)

The closest thing we have on my end to sports day is "pep rally" day.  Only about an hour and a half is shaved off so we would have to gather at our gym and sit there while they introduce the football players.  We would have to get written parental permission prior to the event to avoid being stuck there.  They're never fun, and they tried to have it at the beginning of the day instead of the end.  That pissed a LOT of people off...
