Mario hands down. He does a lot more than other painters. I thought he's a plumber... You mean plumber, right? He's a plumber now, but I think he was originally a carpenter. Don't worry. I know exactly why Mario is sometimes credited as being a painter. There was a farily populer game for the SNES called Mario Painter. It's very fun by the way. But it is full of Mario content, like pictures and songs. It's called Mario Painter because the main function of the game is letting you paint pictures. Several colors, ways to place them, and many icons to add to your creations. I have never heard of Mario as a painter besides in this game, so I assume that this is where that comes from. My favorite video game character would have to be Luna from Lunar: Sliver Star Story for the Sega Saturn and PlayStation 1. Most of my favorite video game characters are healers and she is my favorite one. Like most healers, her powers are mostly related to restoring health or curing a status ailment, but healers do have a variety. She can increase a character's stats, put enemies to sleep, or scare all non boss enemies away to receive no experience at all. She's kind, thoughtful, and innocent. She has a unique way of dressing that fits her well, she is rather beautiful, and her smile really hits you. She looks like this:

She can cast various healing or other spells by singing a certain combination of notes without any words. These notes are the same for every spell. She just has to concentrate on what power of hers she wants to use and those same notes will do whatever it is she wants. She cares for everyone around her and would give her life to save everyone (literally). It is so sad why she can't be with someone fot the rest of her life, because of what she really is. Having to constantly see everyone around you eventually die would make someone miserable indeed, but she continues to be the loving and optimistic one she is despite that. All these things are why I like her more than any other game character I've come across so far. Later.
