Spiral thought for a moment, then nodded, moving closer to the exit, accompanied by his sister. Through that short walk, he confirmed that he could walk at a speed a fair bit below what he normally did without any real problems. "Okay..." he said, only partially convinced that he wasn't being a burden on them. "...Let's go, then, shall we?"

Mim nodded, "Lets be off then." She said.

Mim & Diver nodded to Rhyn & Zal, "It is good to be back, it certainly is." Diver said.

"What you did is more like what a grown up should do." Mr. Thicknose said.

"Yea, maybe, but I bet they are arguing now about what to do." Mia said looking at Mr. Thicknose with a serious tone of voice and not backing down.

Mr. Thicknose shook his head an looked back towards where the meeting place is. "They do seem to do that to often. I know from experience, once they start arguing it's useless to remain since there is no good I can do." He said.

"I bet It's Cera's dad who started it again." Mia said.

"It is not always him who starts it." Mr. Thicknose said, thinking to himself, though it often is, or he helps an argument the has gotten started instead of helping to stop it.

"We would like to have you meet some friends, but you do not need to be scared by how they look, you certainly do not." Diver said.

"Yea, they don't eat flat teeth, or anything that talks, as long as it doesn't attack them." Mia said.

"They don't hunt our kind, but prefer to eat fish usually." Rhyn said.

"That sounds... rather unusual." Mr. Thicknose said, "Though if they are frirendly I would like to meet them." Mr. Thicknose said.

"It may sound, unusual, but I can vouch for what they are saying. This herd of fast biters has changed since Red tail took over the herd back when." Zal said.

"and there are only 2." Mia said.

Mr. Thicknose nodded. "Ok, I would be willing to meet these friends of yours." Mr. Thicknose said.

"This one is Blue-eyes, It is... Diver said waving a hand in the direction of the cave entrance."

Blue-eyes, though very nervous, stepped one a single step into the Great Valley. With a nervous and shy voice he waved to Mr. Thicknose, "H..hello." He said in flat tooth.

"Amazing, friendly & they speak our language. I thought only Chomper could." Mr. Thicknose said.

"Who do you think taught his great grandfather the language?" Zal said smiling.

Mr Thicknose looked at those present. "We should get to the meeting place. Some you who have been out there," and he looked at Mia, Rhyn, & Diver, "some who maybe should not have, "he said in a friendly voice, not an acusatory one, ", can tell those what the conditions are like outside the Great Valley are like." Mr. Thicknose said.

"& maybe other things we can tell as well." Zal said.

Blue-eyes looked at Scarface, "We can ask this Mr. Thicknose. What do you think?" He asked Scarface.

Blueberry walked over to Littlefoot.
"You're okay mate? Glad to see you on all four again!" he said and tapped Littlefoot on his back.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks. But... what about yourself?" Littlefoot answered and observed Blueberry's condition.

"Lets just say I've had better days... Atleast you're okay." Blueberry answered in a rather avoiding tone. He didn't feel much pain, but he was sure he would if he thought about it.

"Just take it easy, my friend? What is going on here?"

"We're waiting for the elders to show up. Amusing isn't it? You never want them around in normal occasions, but when you really need them they are nowhere to be found?" Blueberry chuckled with mixed anoyment.

Spiral bowed in thanks, taking note of where they were and which direction they were going, continuing to build his knowledge of the Great Valley's layout. He did his best to move as fast as he could without causing himself a large amount of pain, Kariya sticking close by as they made their way towards the meeting place.

Mr. Thicknose looked at Scarface, "You could be, but I've known Zal here quite a long time and know the sort of person she is." He said.

Zal nodded, "I've known the kid here most of his life. I first visited here when he was somewhere around Diver's age here." She said nodding.

Rhyn looks somewhat astounded, "He was our age once? wow."

Mr. Thicknose nodded to what Zal said, pausing as she spoke, "So I can trust what she says, but if you would feel more comfortable not going with is, but staying here or heading back that is up to you. There are some, less then open minded, sorts who do live here unfortunatly." Mr. Thicknose said.

"What do you think?" Blue-eyes said looking at Scarface.

I had to do once with some leafeaters, as we searched for the nightflowers for Caysos brother and Cyrix¥s nephew. They saved my life after I attacked them. I won¥t forget that for my life, he said and looked to the folks. So, I am very glad that you welcome me here, Scarface said and began to smile a bit. What is with the others who didn¥t see me before? Do you think they would mind?

"Some of them may, like a certain threehorn I can mention, but he is one of the close minded ones & part of the reason so many grown ups argue and they end up getting nothing done, which often results in a certain young longneck and his friends having to do what needs doing since the grown ups are to busy arguing. Part of why I seldom attend the meetings and usually leave once the arguing starts." Mr. Thicknose said.

"Wise move. I would leave also." Zal said.

"The grown ups should act more like us kids, they certainly should." Diver said.

Mr. Thicknose shook his head, "If only they would," Mr. Thicknose said pausing a moment before continuing. "But perhaps the 2 of you should come with us to the meeting place since you can give some information of the conditions that exist outside the Great Valley. If you are willing." He said looking at them, one at at time.

Mim nodded, agreeing with Ruby. "We are very close. Not far now and you can sit down, how are you doing so far Spiral?" She asked him.

"I admit I am a bit scared & excited also." Blue-eye said. "And we can give information about the condition outside this place." he said.

"Shall we be off then?" Mr. Thicknose said. "Though maybe best if you both are in the center of the group with the rest of us around you, they may feel a bit less scared then & can more easily see you are friendly." Mr. Thicknose said.

Diver nodded, "Yes, we certainly should be off. Maybe all the arguments are over, they may be." Diver said.

"That'll happen when Cera's and Mr. Clubtail smile." Mia said in a low voice to Diver and Rhyn who both giggled.

"Time to head on out." Zal Said. Some of them gathered around the 2 friendly fast biters.

"Everyone ready?" Mr. Thicknose said as he started off.
