Grandpa Longneck nodded to Chomper and replied "Just be careful, and be sure to tell us exactly where they went so we can at least try to find them later."

However not far behind Chomper the Red Horn leader was lying and waiting and following the young sharptooth and his friends knowing they would lead him to his prize. 'It won't be long now...child...soon you'll be mine....and I can snuff you out of our world.'thought Korr to himself.

Blueberry and Littlefoot ran with all their left energy.
Behind them, the dark mist were hurling towards them.
They could feel the pure energy from it in their tailtips.
Rocks were falling from the celling, and the ground was shaking like a leaf caught in a roaring thunderstorm.
Blueberry could see Ecco and Ateo leave the entrance.
Now it was just a little further...

Then a series of things happened in a rapid session.

As Blueberry and Littlefoot reached the cave entrance, their eyes met the sunlight.
For a second, they were both blind.
Blueberry screamed and held up his hands to cover his eyes.
Littlefoot screamed to and lose his balance.
The two dinosaurs tumbled down on the ground, rolled for some metres before stopping.
Blueberry caughed. He had dust in his trout. Then he remembered.
He quickly turned around.
The darkness came rushing towards him. And now there was nowhere to run.
He felt as if there was a storm blowing towards him.
His feathers danced in the wind, and dust blown up to his face. One again he held up his amrs to cover himself.
The booming was incredibly intense.
Trough the noise, he could hear Littlefoot screaming beside him.
Then... he feelt cold. He feelt all the energy leaving his body...
They had lost...
Blueberry closed his eyes.

Blueberry waited. Trying to be ready for the impact.
But nothing happened.
For a moment, he thought he was dead.
Then there was a screaming.
It echoed loudly, a sharp tone of despair and hatred.
He slowly opened his eyes.
The darkness had stopped.
Only a few metres from him and Littlefoot.
It was twisting itself, and a load screaming was coming from within it.
It was as if it was in agony, and great pain. It wouldn't get any closer.
Then Blueberry realized...
The sun.
The sun from the valley outside shone trough the cave entrance straight at the place where he and Littlefoot was lying.
He could feel the warmth in his back.
But it made it impssible for the darkness to get close.
Slowly, Blueberry rose up. He crawled over to Littlefoot, and layed his arm around him. Then they started to walk backwards out of the cave.
The dark oze screamed one more last time, and for a second, Blueberry stared at the same eyes as they'd met before. They threw and evil sight on them, before consuming themselves into the darkness again.
Then it repelled itself back into the cave, and the screaming died out.

The two young dinosaurs walked wizzy out of the cave. Littlefoot fellt nausious, he could barely stand on his legs.
Then they both lose balance and fell down to the ground.
They tumbled down the hill, and landed on eachother infront of Ecco and Ateo.

Dante saw Cera and Zaine run off, then ran after them, yelling...
"He-Hey! Wait up you two! I'm still not one hundred percent, ya know!"

Zaine laughed at Cera's competative edge. "Cera, thanks for knocking sense into me, and thanks for coming with me." He then turned back towards Dante. "You too Dante! We can't do this without you!" He then continued running. Hold on Longtail. Wherever you are, we're coming to get you. And if you are out there as well, then Littlefoot, Blueberry, and Ecco, we'll find you as well!

(ooc: sorry, had connection problems so haven't been online for a day.)

Mia walked along carrying Diver, they neared a cave entrance.

"This will lead right into flattooth valley and inside there is an area with some water that has some fish and green water food in it." Blue-eyes said. "So we can rest there and all get at least a snack and water." He said.

"Sounds good to me." Mia said.

"It will be fun if we have some time for a quick swim before we get to the Great Valley." Diver said.

Dante grinned, and he ran after his two friends, grinning happily
"You know I wouldn't miss out on helping a friend, right? Come on, let's go!"
He yelled, all pain and fatigue forgotten...

Cera grinned.
She then said "Now that's what I like to hear Dante...now come on...we have some friends to find...and one to save!" Cera then picked up the pace of her running hoping to pull ahead of the group and take the lead.

After several minutes of running she thought she heard voices...and screaming? Cera turned her head back to face Zaine and Dante and asked "Do you guys hear--"
She never finished her sentence as she collided with something, or someone moving towards her at a very fast pace. Once Cera regained her wits she looked up and smiled at who she'd bumped into...
"Well...it's about time we found you Littlefoot!" she said with a smile

Zaine slowed down right in front of his friends. He noticed Littlefoot on the ground next to Blueberry. "Littlefoot! Blueberry! Thank goodness we found you! We've been worried sick about you two!" Zaine then noticed that his friends were in a deep shock. "Littlefoot? Blueberry? Are you two ok? You both look like you've seen a ghost."

Ecco was too fast in run to be able to stop in front of LIttlefoot and Blueberry. He rumbled and felt above them. He then turned around to look behind him. Looks like the smoke doesn¥t like the sunlight. Maybe we could use that for our best. Then he turned to the others again. Cera, Zaine, Dante, I am so glad to see you, he said and smiled.

Chomper came to the group as well then. Aah, here are you all. Thought I lost you out of sight.

Ruby went back into the cave where Spiral was lying. She sat down next to him and didn¥t say any word.

Blueberry slowly got up on his legs. He could barley stand upright, his body was shaking.

Blueberry was soaked in sweat. He had brush marks all over his body and there was dry blood on his lips.
He looked around, breathing loadly.
"...The nearest... watering hole, please..." he said.
He felt really sick.

Littlefoot didn't look much more beautiful.
"That... would be... great..." he said, slowly rising up on his legs.

Now was the first time Ecco noticed that Blueberry and Littlefoot don¥t look good. Oh boy, you too look horrible. Alright then. Ateo? Do you think you could carry them to the next watering hole? Ecco asked and looked up to him. Oh, by the way, he adressed to the others. This is Ateo. Some of you may have seen him before. He wants to help us to find Longtail.

Petrie landed on Grandpa Longneck and looked around to see what some of the others nearby were up to.

Mim walked outside so Ruby & Spiral would be alone for a bit & so Spiral would not feel to crowded.

Blue-eyes walked into the cave with the others. "The water isn't far, it's about half way." He said. The cave walls had a faint bit of light to them due to the fuzz growing on the walls. "Cave lights, I've not seen them to often." He said.

"Interesting it certainly is." Diver said looking around.

"It also helps to make the cave less dark, though I'd guess that glowing cave fuzz must taste awful." Mia said.

Cera groaned as she stood up as well. She then took a step back...startled by Littlefoot and Blueberry's shaky appearance. She then asked "What spooked you two so bad? Don't tell me you two are still afraid of the dark."

Spiral had finished fixing up what he could reach of his feathers and was just snacking, chatting with his sister about random things that had happened to them during their wanderings.

"Hey, that wasn't my fault!" Spiral said, giving his sister a slightly annoyed look.

"Who was in the lead there?" Kariya responded.

Spiral tried to think of something to come back with, but nothing came so he just dropped that line. "...Yeah, that was my fault. Guess I kinda forgot about those mud pits...I wonder why they smelled so bad, though...it took me so long to get that smell out of my feathers...That was not the best of times to get lost..."

Kariya started laughing. "Hey, it wasn't funny then!...though it kind of is now," Spiral said, smiling.

The pair noticed Ruby come in. Spiral went to speak, but his sister beat him to it. "Hello again, Ruby!" she said.

Spiral's beak snapped shut - she'd said exactly what he was planning on saying, though with a fair bit more energy than he would have.

Mim went a short distance to get a few leaves then sat down near the entrance outside to rest and slowly eat the leaves as she rested, and giving those inside a bit more room to relax and a bit of privacy as well.

"There it is." Diver said and jumped off of Mia to run towards the water. Once near it she jumped into the air and dove into the water.

"It'll be nice to relax a bit and get some water before we head back." Mia said as she headed towards the water.

"Yes, and get a bit of food also." Blue-eyes said as he continued walking along at the same pace towards the water. He looked at Scarface, "Are you thirsty or hungry, or want to rest or soak?" He asked him.

"Me hope others ok." Petrie said, concerned about his various friends, including some he had not seen for some time.

"It is good to see that you are feeling somewhat better."
He said, calm and distant as usual...
