Let's discuss this episode. Why doesn't chomper talk sharptooth to the other sharpteeth? Why doesn't he talk sharptooth to that littl spino?Why does he think it is his age when it isn't ?

That wasn't a spinosaurus that he talked with in the episode. There was no sail on its back.

And Chomper did try speaking sharptooth at least once, but it backfired. It caused a trio of fastbiters to attack him.

That was a child Baryonyx he talked to.

He does. In the 5th movie he was talking sharptooth to his parents. And likely he was at the end of the 2nd movie when he meets his parents, though that was not subtitled so maybe he was doing just baby babbling in sharptooth. He has also been shown to be speaking sharptooth to other sharpteeth. 1 was in the episode Escape From The Mysterious Beyond when he talked to Thud, I think it was, that was subtitled. He also talked sharptooth to the fastbiter mother in The Great Egg Adventure, though that was not subtitled.
