Pearl's mother smiled as everyone introduced themselves, and gasped when several of the sharpteeth could speak flattooth. It certainly was surprising.
"Well...then welcome to our home. We will do everything we can...to make your stay as comfortable as possible." She said with a slight stutter in her voice as she wasn't used to this.

Pearl then smiled.
"See...they're nice. They just need a place to stay for a while." Then her face brightened like a star in the sky as she said, "Mom Dad...the Legendary Survivor is here...he's finally come back!" She then turned and pointed to Longtail
"That's him!"

Longtail blushed and simply smiled.

He said, laughing a little...

Kai stammered, then looked at Diamond.
"I... I can...eat crawlers...and thing...like that."
He stuttered, with a grin...

While all the members of the gang who could speak leateater were introducing themsleves, Rita realized this was the best time to ask someone a certain question. She walked over to Chomper's mom. "Um...Mrs. Chomper's mom, could I ask you a question?" she asked shyly.

"Of course. What is it that you'd like to ask me, Rita?"
She asked with a smile...

Kai looked over at Tyra, blushing slightly, and smiling.
"Hey Tyra...You look so beautiful, you know that?"
He said, happily...

Dante looked at the group, and smiled. Quietly, he murmured...
"Ah...young in love. How happy..."
He said, with a faint smirk in his voice...

Rita put her hands behind her back, a little nervous at the next her next question. "I wanted to know...what you did or what was it about you that attracted Chomper's dad so much, because I want to think of a way to impress Chomper. You know...I like you son a lot," she smiled

Gem smiled and actually bowed in front of Longtail.
"I honestly thought like my mate and believed you were a story. There is only one true way to be sure of course...tell us your name...your full hatching name."

Pearl turned and awaited Longtail's answer for herself. She began blushing again as she stared into his eyes, caught in a mild trance.

Longtail cleared his throat and said aloud and with a hint of pride in his voice:
"My full name...Is Longtail Fury Skyfire, last surviving hatchling to Soul the flyer."

Chomper's mother smiled.
"I know you do. And all I did to attract Chomper's father was just be myself. I'm sure Chomper feels the same way for you. Why don't you go tell him how you feel?"
She said, giving Rita a small nudge with her snout...

"I will," Rita smiled, going with Mama S's suggestion. Rita walked over to Chomper and tapped on his arm. "Yeah Rita?" Chomper asked, briefly confused. Rita then gave Chomper a kiss that lasted about 12 seconds.....on the lips. "Chomper...I think I....love you," she smiled. Chomper looked suprised, but he smiled gently back. "I think...I love you too," Chomper replied. The two sharpteeth were still quite young, but they both know that the other was "the one."

Gem gave a long sigh at the sight of Chomper and Rita kissing. She then walked over to Longtail and gave him a hug. She then stepped back and held him for a moment looking him over. Gem then shifted her eyesight to look at Pearl and smiled again as it was apparent that Pearl was blushing.
"Then let me be the first to welcome you home Longtail Skyfire." Her eyes then held a serious look to them. "If you're here...then there is something you need to see." She turned to Diamond and asked, "Should his friends come too?"

Pearl was naturally confused and asked, "Mom...Dad..what's going on? What are you talking about?"

Longtail was just as confused as Pearl was, but his gut feeling said something big was about to happen.

Gem nodded her head and sighed.
"Longtail dear...you have come here for answers to your past I'm sure. And trust me when I say you will get those answers, but first you have much to learn about your home, and your life. It's time you knew exactly what you are."

Longtail simply blinked in response and asked, "What are you talking about?"

Pearl then looked to her mother.
"Mom. Is this the part of those old stories about the Legendary Survivor you wouldn't tell us?"

Gem smiled at her daughter and said, "Yes" in a simple reply.
"The rest of you are more then welcome to come of course." said Gem to the other sharpteeth present.

"I will go too." - Cayso also replied - "after all, we came here to accompany Longtail, and I think we will all want to be near him, specially in something as important as this."
