Misty frowned, she'd definitely never seen anything like this before. She noticed the frown on Pearl's face though. "I--I'm sure Longtail's fine" she said, giving the flyer's hand a small squeeze. She wasn't, but she felt she should try to reassure one of her new friends.

Pearl looked to Misty and nodded.
"thanks...I know. I just...want him to come back." she managed to say as she shed a tear.

As the song was finishing, a hole in the wall of the cave opened up and on the other side just like before, was the beach, but Pearl and the others weren't standing there.

Longtail frowned at this as he asked, "Where did they all go?"

Soul shrugged her shoulders and responded by saying, "I don't know, but if I were you, I'd step through that hole and welcome the ability to breath fresh air again!" She then turned to Dante and Kai, that goes for you two as well! Get a move on!"

"We gotta get back to the beach," Chomper said to his friends.

"That's right," added Redclaw "That's where the portal that got me off the island dropped me off."

Cayso looked at the island too, and his eyes widened in excitment as he said - "You are right Redclaw! this means our friends should be coming through it at any time!."

Racnar was looking at the island too, as he was nearer than the others, his face showing a weak smile.

Longtail began to step through the portal first, and as he did, he could feel his body being forced back into its rightful positions. As his body passed through the other side his eyes had to adjust to the bright amount of light from the bright circle. He tried to blink as he thought he saw something coming towards him.

Soul smiled as Longtail stepped through the portal. "And now the rest of us can go...but please...one at a time...and Kai, and Dante you two are up next...so step through!"

Longtail took three more steps from the portal and gave weak smile as his eyes began to adjust to the bright light coming from the bright circle.

Pearl being ahead of the others recognized who it was and her heart skipped a beat for a moment as she darted forward flapping her wings as fast as she could and screamed "LONGTAIL!!!!!!!"

Longtail blinked once more knowing the voice sounded familiar and before he knew what was going on he was on his back with the wind knocked out of him, and his body being squeezed in a tight hug, and he felt tears running down his face, but they weren't his.
"P-Pearl? he asked as he tried to see her face from the glare in his eyes.

Misty smiled, partly in amusement at the group hug. She felt like she'd just met these folk a bit too recently for participating...but then...as they had said themselves, "she was one of them now", sharpteeth though they be.

They'd proven themselves nicer than at least one leaf eater though. So Misty gave her own patting addition to the group hug before stepping back before the others did.

"From what I've seen, it's a pretty good thing you're ok" she said meekly, it was meant as a compliment and happy statement.

OOC: Sorry I've been away. I've been mainly doing things with the family. So I bet my OCs were also hugging Longtail

IC: Cayso and Racnar were also in the group hug - "It sure is." - Cayso also replied to Misty, very happily. Racnar then said to Longtail - "You sure kept us all worried... it is good to have you and the others back."

Longtail grinned at his firends as thy all gave him a group hug.
"Yeah I know Racnar...it's good to be back! Oh and Kai, Dante and I arent't eh only ones coming back either!" said Longtail with a smile.

It was at that moment that Chompers parents came into view. They both smiled as well.
"Its good to see you here with us Longtail." Terri commented.

Pearl however was still crying as she hugged Longtail almost afraid to let him go.

It was at that moment that Dante walked out of the portal next with a bright smile. "Hey guys? What, I don't get a hug either?"

Cayso looked at Dante and he told him while smiling - "Why don't you join us in the group hug instead?, the more the merrier!. And we keep this until Kai can join us too."

Racnar looked at his brother, not saying anything but surely thinking as he kept smiling. - "Emotional as always. I may try to be more like him."

Misty laughed, "Well I still think I might be too small for such a big group hug, but I never did like being left out" she opted to give the bigger sharpteeth the benefit of her hug from hugging about where Chomper and Rita were, since they were nearer her size and she knew them a bit more than some, but not all, of the others.

(BTW, in the comment to Dante, that's Starfall Raptor's character right...I don't know if he's still around

At that moment before Longtail could answer Kai stepped through the portal as well and took a deep breath of fresh air as he felt the sand under his toes. "Ahhh..now this is what living is all about!" commented Kai before he opened his eyes and saw his group of friends, and he smiled wider than even he thought possible.
"Hey guys...how are you all doing?" He blushed however as he made eye contact with Tyra now having a second chance to be with her.

Longtail smiled as Dante joined the group hug and laughed as he said to Trya "Well...does that answer your question?"

Dante snickered as well.
"I would dare say so!"

((I'm not sure if Starfall is here right now, but until he returns I'll be filling in for his characters
