Being able to mate again had pleased both of them very much. Mr. Threehorn briefly woke up and gently nuzzled Tria's head.

"I love you, sweetie," he whispered in her ear before he returned to a deep sleep.

Come morning, Topsy woke before his mate and nuzzled her again, and decided to get her some food for when she woke up. But first, he checked on his daughters... still asleep. Topsy resolved to never let a mating go incomplete again...

Daylight crept in, and Tria woke up to find a whole pile of food in front of her. Nuzzling Topsy, the mated pair took care of their daughters. In an hour, Cera ran off to play with Littlefoot, and Tricia ran along with them, as Cera had insisted that they play together, just like that time when those rains occurred.

Eventually, Topsy and Tria found themselves alone, able to speak freely again. They still needed to reflect on recent events.

Finally, Topsy spoke... it had to do with the 'pleasure rocks'... "So Tria... how long have you been using those rocks to get some... relief? I admit that I was using them for months."

"I... admit that I've been using them too... and that... I think we have spied on each other as we used them." Tria replied.

"Goodness. To be honest, I've been using them for a long time. See, I've never been, well, with any other male before, and I was beginning to despair ever being able to experience mating. There's something I don't usually tell anyone, but you have the right to know. Years back, I was interested in a male. However, when I finally told him my feelings, he said I was ugly and wondered who would ever want to be mates with me. It really hurt to hear that, and since then, I never let any male come into my life. Not until I met you. There's just something about you that makes me feel like the most beautfiul female in the world," explained Tria.

"How could any male not find you beautiful?" Topsy said. "You are very attractive in every sense of the word... oh. I think I know... It isn't your beauty... it is your will." Tria was unusual among threehorns in that she had the will and the nerve to resist mating advances on most occassion. Most males wanted to mate with her more often than she would have enjoyed, and Tria had a penchant for "controlling" Topsy on occasion by means of mating... if he was mean to her, she would not mate with him, and that would make him change his behavior, to an extent... most males did not like females who could do that.

"I don't know why, either. As for my willingness to mate, I was not about to just let any male take advantage of me. I'm much more than some easy female a male can just mate with at his leisure. I expect to be respected," said Tria.

"Just as I thought" Topsy said. "Still, even I admit, you are highly desirable for a mate... you are easily the most attractive threehorn in the valley... you sometimes use mating or denying me mating to make me do certain things..." Most female threehorns couldn't do that; but Tria was so attractive, she could use her wiles to bend Topsy on occasion.

"Kids are a products of mating, but there are other sides to it than that." Tria said. "I knew from a fairly young age that I was attractive, and that some males might try to take advantage of me for that. Many of them would have had no interest in forming a lasting bond with me, nor would they care for any children we would make..."

"So, you held yourself until you found someone who would... and that was me." Topsy said. "Tell me, Tria... did I ever make you feel... uncomfortable when I insisted on mating when you didn't want to?" She had slapped him with her tail a couple of times...

"Mmm...Well, I only felt uncomfortable right after having Tricia. See, I've never had a baby as you well know, and I was not sure how long it would take me to...you know...recover there. I thought I'd be in pain if we mated right away, but as I have now discovered, it does not hurt at all. In fact, you're pretty good," Tria replied.

Oh, well, I happen to be a naughty girl with you...hehe. I do admit, though, I'm too tired at times to mate. Watching over Tricia can be quite tiresome, but now that she plays with Cera and her friends during the day, we can have more...alone time," Tria purred.
