Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

There have been so many doomsday predictions that doomsday's are about as frequent as Friday the 13th (which from my experience are no more likely to be bad days than any other day). I'm telling you, as soon as 2012 will be gone someone will discover some "mistake" in translation, calculation, whatever about that calendar in order to provide us with a new date for the end of the world.

I hope that all of you have had as great a start into the new year as I did with Patrick and Gustav.

A new year I think is something everyone needs. To get a fresh start in life, to do the things they need and want to do. It's that refreshing feeling people need.

Yeah, I agree. Why just years ago 2000 was supposed to be the end of the world if I am not mistaken.
