Yes, I've seen a few of those. Lucas Cruikshank is the name of the actor (he was featured on CNN). They're funny.

Personally I have not seen that episode, and I wouldn't really want to. I don't care too much for Fred. I don't want to offend anybody with my opinion, but I kind of find his videos somewhat dumb. Anyway that's my opinion.
