"I got it!" Chomper smiled, tossing it to Rory. "Ruby, heads up!" the b oy fast biter said.

"Well excuse me!" Cree frowned, "but my experience has sort of lead to...". The fast runners words halted him.

Hiding from Redclaw? "Well...I can sorta see that" Cree admitted, still he narrowed his eyes suspiciously, he wasn't going to risk Toot of the others of the little herd they'd already formed back up that easily...yet the fast runner was unharmed among them.

Cree glanced to Pterano, though his brother was upfront, silently asking what he thought of all of this. He knew Pterano would be thinking of their herd too.

Ruby ran across the cave floor to try and catch the seed before it hit the ground. She tripped just slightly, yet still managed to hit it with her tail, not that high but still high enough.

"Woah!" Misty turned to the two little fast runners, "you're sister's like amazing at...alot of stuff" she commented, before noticing the seed was coming to her and running over to hit it. She had to dive onto the ground, yet bumped it up with both hands to go higher to be in better play now (ooc: think volleyball).

Pterano seemed to trust the Fastrunners, however knowing that they were hiding from a common foe was with others of it's kind was still unnerving. He none the less felt his brother fretting for their newly regained herd in the cave and he cleared his throat and said, "Yes, well...it is nice to know that not all sharpteeth are genuinely bad, but we must be getting back to our herd as well...so...uhhh..it was nice meeting you all." Pterano then flapped his wings, but looked back once more.
He sighed as he asked, "Not to sound rude, but if you happen to hear Redclaw nearby, could you try and move him away from these caves?"

Dein looked a little annoyed by the question, although he honestly couldn't blame the flyer for asking such a request, after all no body liked Redclaw, and as a sharptooth it was Dein's duty to fight anyone who was a threat to his family, and Redclaw certainly was a great threat.

Despite all the noise Pearl was sleeping peacefully and she was enjoying the sleep story she was having.

Chomper looked annoyed at Pterano, but was aware that he was right. Chomper's sniffer started acting up. A big amount of standard sharpteeth was coming this way, but Chomper smiled. His parents knew who these were, and Chomper was sure they'd help them.

Myra quickly hit the pine cone back with her other claws

"Great shots from all of you." Deon said, amazed at how good the others were at the game.

"Indeed." Blue-eyes said nodding.

Ruby's father sat closer to the entrance so he keep watch the game now and then, but mainly keep an eye and ear out for any danger, he smiled as he saw a bit of the game of the kids playing.

Misty giggled, batting the seed as it came to her once more, to Ruby who hit it with her tail over to some of the others once more.

"He...means well" somehow Cree felt the need to say, "but...well we have had alot thrown at us at once". Cree took flight and followed Pterano as they headed back to the cave.

"Hmm..." he pondered outloud as they flew, "all those kinds joining up against Redclaw...that's either brilliant enough to work or just plain stupid" Cree wasn't sure which yet though.

" 'bout time you two showed up" Toot said as they reached the cave, "So what's up? Is Redclaw gone?".

The little herd of about 6 t-rexes arrived outside the cave. Hey mom, dad, aren't those your friends?" Chomper asked, remembering these 6.

"Dein, Terri, haven't you for a while," Amanda, the biggest female in the group said

Ruby's mom was about to call after the flyers, but within the moment they had already flown out of earshot. She was disappointed, but could hardly blame them. "Well, I suppose all there is to do is keep trying," she muttered as she started her trek, but stopped abruptly when she remembered that the sharpbeak had meant to accompany her. She glanced around, hoping to spot him.

Elsewhere, Redclaw's patrol drew ever nearer. They were moving steadily, and had covered roughly two thirds of the border.

Ruby's father stood up a bit and looked at whichever one of Chomper's parents was the closest and said in a somewhat nervous voice, "Do you know them?" He asked.

Terri and Dein turned around and smiled.
"Hello again Amanda, it's been far too long. How have you been?" asked Terri

"Are you trying to escape Redclaw as well, cause we could use your help." Dein said with a friendly smile. He then asked, "We have an idea on how to beat Redclaw, but it requires...a bit of a sacrifice."

Terri sighed as she stepped closer to Amanda. "Perhaps you and I should speak alone for a moment...just to make things easier."

Pterano landed in the cave and after hearing Toot's response, he sighed and grabbed Cree by his shoulders and asked his brother, "Am I crazy for wanting to believe those fastrunners in that they were telling the truth? I mean, what if we really CAN defeat Redclaw by working together?!"

Taking a step back, Cree debated, "Well...I don't know" he answered honestly. "I mean, to tell you the truth, I've been pushing the idea around myself...like I said it's either crazy or just insanely brilliant enough to work".

"What is?" Aqua asked, stepping closer. Cree turned to her, "There were some fast runners with some sharpteeth out there, they're teaming up to defeat Redclaw and asked for help, we weren't sure what to do with pulling you guys into anything, so Pterano and I both kinda...dodged around answering".

Toot frowned, thoughtful, "Get rid of Redclaw...hmm, gotta admit I like that idea so much it's kinda tempting...".

"If we could really do it" the spiketail, Ridge, added. "Enough support though, and if like you said...there's what a few sharpeeth and fast runners and if you add us...we'd already out number him".

"Plus more probably" Aqua added to his thought.

Cree had been thinking and he gave a slight smile and chuckle that didn't make it out. "Sorry" he apologized to the others and Pterano, "I was just hit with a thought that might make us do something rash but...I was imagining how...able to be proud of us, us helping with something like that would possibly give our sister, Ptami, and Tylr right to be in us" he smiled to Pterano.

"I mean just imagine, we wouldn't be rouge scoundrels anymore".

"I could go quickly try to catch them again" the swimmer, Aqua, offered, "try to find out how many supporters they do have by now".

Misty and Ruby both listened anxiously to what they could catch of the adults talk. Wondering how these other friends of Chomper's family would take the news and if they would possibly help too.

Ruby's mom gave her mate a reassuring smile.
"I'll be back soon. Take good care of the children!" She knew that the last part was a given, but saying it eased her nerves a little. "Alright, Ichy," She started as she picked up a brisk pace. "First off, we ought to check the other caves in this row."

"Be safe mom so that you will come back safe" Ruby told her mom before she left. She knew she didn't have to add this comment, but like her mom's statement, it eased her own nerves.

"Good luck & be careful Mom." Ruby's little brother said, a bit sad to see their mother go but knowing it was necessary.
