On the RP front, I have played around with the idea of Dragonstorm teleporting in malicious pokÈmon trainers who decide to aid in their fight.

I think this could be interesting but it might take away from the sequel.

Thoughts?

What stage would the pokemon be in?  Would it be an fc team, or a made up team?

Actually that could work, as I'm leaning towards having the 4th one having a Ratchet and Clank story arc to it..

I think in Southport, I am planning to have the mages teleport in few malicious pokÈmon trainers.

Southport, Surfpoint and Cobia Bay are medium (~15,000 - 20,000 people) sized beachfront towns.

Turnstile, Sycamore and Iselia are medium (~15,000 - 20,000 people) sized inland towns.

Neptune City is a very large (population ~545,000) coastal city.

alright, so the mustard gas by and large did not reach the inland towns..  thanks serris.. scooby and dixie  are fighting in southport

Just so you know, you would have to explain to me, if any other generation Pokemon are introduced, on what they actually are, as in, element or whatever....since I stopped caring for Pokemon after generation 2, and even generation 2 Pokemon I don't know well.

So do all the cities get invaded?

In any case here is what I have planned:

Cobia Bay, Turnstile and Sycamore are essentially worthless (militarily speaking) - Still I assume Chong orders them to invade anyways.

Southport is close to Telson AFB (which is why it is targeted).

Neptune City is too heavily defended. Not to mention that is where the power plant for this area is located.

Iselia is a small but very important industrial town.

yes, chong will order invasions of any nearby towns.. regardless of defenses..

Remember that Chong still has Dragonstorm's high altitude heavy bomber armed with chemical and incendiary weapons. Not to mention, a forward missile base is being established at Cobia Bay.
