Southport, Iselia, Arkan AFB (East of Iselia) and Turnstile are occupied.

Sycamore, Cobia Bay and Turnstile are totally empty (inhabitants fled).

Neptune City is the target of a bombing run.

On a side note, the two attackers in the kitchen are a Lucario (Fighting/Steel) and a Weavile (Ice/Dark)
