The Pelvanida group entered Shaggy's SUV.

Inside the kitchen, a group of mages were crouched around the red crystal in the back.

"Where's Haresh?" one of the mages, a blue-eyed Persian Cat asked.

Another mage, a golden-eyed Monitor Lizard shrugged. "I heard he got killed by one of the guests a non magical guest too!"

"He's a beginner but he should still be more than a match for a non mage"

The other mages were looking at the red crystal, waiting for Chong to speak to them.

Anton, Ivan and Chris were in Paul's room. Paul was cleaning his sniper rifle.

"So what shall we do, snipe them again?" Paul asked.

"We could booby trap their rooms; I bought a few claymore mines and some grenades." Anton replied.

"Yeah and possibly kill others or alert the whole hotel?" Ivan countered.

"So a few die in the process? Who cares, we accomplished our mission."

"Anton, we are trained assassins, not mass murderers. We find the target and eliminate them with as least destruction as possible." Chris cut in.

"We'll snipe them." Paul said. "If we take opposite sides of the top floor, no matter where they are. We can shoot."

"When do we start?" Anton asked.

"Not today, we need to find out more about their habits. We need to get some sleep as we will be monitoring their habits tonight." Chris said.

'haresh is a weaking" chong snorted. "Any half-baked mage would have finished the task weeks ago. I want the fox and human dead do you hear me? They dare throw me, their employer, i prison! And then what do they do? They get the Cafe blown up! I spent twenty years running that cafe, and in less than 3 months they reduce it to rumble! I want them dead, and I do not care if some others get caught in the crossfire... a price I'm certainly willing to pay! Now get going.."

Jason nods and presses the demateralization button and off they go with the column rising and falling.

"ah, one of the civilized ways to travel." Moran said.

"Certainly more different then what most travel in." Brooklyn said.

The Tourist picked up the vase from a chair and walked over to where Sara was sitting near Tarrax (or on his lap). "Here, Moran picked out the vase." he said handing the Vase to Sara & including the box of chocolates that Tarrax has given to her.

"How darling." Sara said smiling, "Thanks both of you." She said. and put the box of chocolates on her lap and opened them, looking at Tarrax, "Thanks to you for these again. You want to try some chocolates?"

Jason went to set down near the console in his rotatable chair with controls in the arm rest.

Sara nods, "I know you did dear," Sara said touching his chest and caressing it a bit, "He just meant he and Moran got the vase to put your flowers into." Sara said, then she picked a chocolate from the box and bit into a little under half and her face lite up, "Wow, these are great. Are they your favorite?" She asked looking at Tarrax. Then remembered something else he said as she finished chewing the bit of chocolate she had bitten into. "Or do you love chocolate?" She asked.

"ringo..." Jason said to himself rubbing the side of his jaw, "The name reminds me of the time Ringo Starr and I helped Santa Clause to fight off a martian invasion in the year 5,000." Jason said.

"Maybe they may have been outside, being lead by a reformed pirate named Neckbeard the Pirate." Jason said. "There were some Reindeer outside for most of the battle."

"Concentrated magic! You focus enough, and you'll be able to stop bullets! But whatever you do, my mages, do not get into a battle with the squirell, unless you have no choice. He gave me no shortage of trouble while I ran the Cafe.. You must avoid him at any costs. Kill the fox, and human, and do so quickly..lerst he finds out.." Chong replied..

"The so called 'Pelvanida Group' is protecting them. They are tough fighters, possibly as dangerous as that squirrel. And yet, they don't use magic." The Monitor Lizard replied.

"Uh, we have overheard that they may be planning to use explosives too." the Persian Cat added.

"Use these" Chong said, and the crystal glowed and three small bags popped out of the crystal. "Inside these bags are very potent powders. The powder in first bag will paralyze anyone who breathes it in, the paralysis will become permanent in a hour, if an antidote is not given before then.. and only I have the antidote" Chong smirked. The powder in the second is explosive, and the sound it produces will detonate any other explosives, within 100 feet. The powder in the third is a corrosive, it will eat through just about any metal or armor,and if it comes in contact with skin, it will burn it right off in a few seconds.. so please be very careful with these weapons. Don't use them unless you have, this is all the quantity of these powders I have, I would take weeks or months to make more.."

The Monitor Lizard took up the packets. "Uh, will these affect us as well? I'm not sure if we have gas masks. And if they do have chemical warfare gear?"

The potions will eat through even checial warfare gear" Chong said as three more bags appears. "These bags contain powders which will protect you from the effects of the other potions.. Once again, this is all I have, and there is just enough there for all of you..'

Spyro and Cynder climbed into the SUV, after having looked the outside of the vehicle over. The two sat down and made themselves comfortable.

"Which vehicle am I going in?" B.G. asked, having missed hearing it in all the confusion and admittedly he had gotten distracted with coming up with possible pranks.

"This is boring," Tsukasa commented as he lounged on a chair in the lobby. "I told you there was..."

He trailed off as a shimmering silvery barrier appeared between him and Yuusuke who was standing a short distance away. Tsukasa leapt to his feet not a moment too soon as his chair and the entire lounge vanished, scenery flashing by at an alarming rate, until it finally stopped in a junk yard.

"This again?" Tsukasa asked, looking around for whatever opponent awaited him this time. He reached into his coat for the Decadriver.

"You're really stiff aren't you?" Zachary said.

"It's justified! We're in a dangerous situation! And personally, I'm a little annoyed that I'm the only one with a weapon and armor. I can't do all the defending myself."

Rime chuckled. Man, Deimos has been spending way too much time at Pelvanida. He thought.
