"Yes, Just wanted to say Brooklyn was out on patrol and he saw an explosion that occurred (ooc: insert direction and distance from hotel) and thought we should know. He said a truck was involved. It appeared to have been flipped on it's side and set on fire with a few survivors from the looks of it." Jason said.

Scooby was still asleep beside her, and it was a comforting sounds to hear his breathing as he slept.. Dixie tried to get back to sleep but couldn't, try as she might, and after ten minutes or so she gave up, got out of bed, and went to the bathroom to change into a fresh dress. "I should go find Stripetail and talk about what Scooby said.. chances are he probably knows about me and Tigress.. and I'm in for a royal reeming.." she said to hrerself as she got changed and headed out ' Stripetail? Its Dixie. Could i talk with you.. about some .. personal matters?' She spoke into her ring.

Haresh shrugged. "All right Eevee you're own your own this time," he said, turning down the heat on the pot of fruit.

The explosion woke up Deimos and several other sleeping refugees. He quickly donned his armor and grabbed his assault rifle. He radioed Stripetail. "Stripetail, there has been an explosion. I am currently deploying snipers and rapid response teams," he said. He then radioed the aforementioned groups.

Soon, armed soldiers were streaming about the hotel ready to defend against the intruder.

Eevee wanted to say something else, but decided to not bother Haresh anymore as her facial expression changed somewhat "Um...." she begun as she looked at the ingredients that were around and grabbed an apple, taking bites out of it and throwing those bites into a bowl. She then poured some milk into the bowl, followed by some grapes and some golden syrup as well.

Pandora was now rather bored, with both, nothing to do as well as just talking too. She glanced over to Mimi for a second before rolling onto her side, her back to Mimi as well, not going to sleep, but to just lay there for the time being.

As she lay there, Pandora was still rather bored as she let off a groan, sitting up before stepping onto the cold floor and started towards the door before looking back to Mimi who was busy talking with Palmon.

She said nothing as she opened the door and walked out, deciding to pass away the time by having another walk around the hotel, doing what she could to lift her bordem. She could feel the cold ground underneath her bare feet, but that didn't seem to bother her as she started to walk down the hallway.

Tigress' magic is different, somewhat. neither of them have the magic necessary to do that.. so you can breathe easy on that score.. whether they will be willing to try is another...tigeress i highly doubt it.. cynder i think unlikely as well..'

I wouldn't try to do that anyway.. it would raise too many questions.. Stripetail nodded " No more experimenting Dixie, it causes too many problems.. we have enough issues getting tiger to play ball. Kissing Tigeress or Agumina in a friendly manner, I can live with. But making out with anyone other than Scooby or Cynder I will not tolerate, and if I find out you did that again. you will be in VERY serious trouble. Am I clear?

Deimos looked at the night sky with his night vision binoculars. His .50 caliber sniper rifle lay at his feet.

Several armed guards patrolled the hallways as the previous shift went to sleep.

Anton and Paul were patrolling the halls. Both of them were armed with shotguns.

Paul leaned out of a 7th floor window and fired his shotgun at someone he saw trying to break into the back room.

It was now early morning in the Great Valley and the refugees were starting to awaken.

Raptix stretched and yawned. "Good morning Lilo!" he said brightly.

Several of the other refugees were waking up as well.

Nick headed to bed after completing his rounds. he crawled into bed and went to sleep.

Eevee continued to throw more or less random stuff into her pot and started to stir it....it looked rather disgusting as well, yet, she just hummed to herself rather happily, pleased with what she had been doing so far.

Meanwhile, in town, outside an abandoned building, something ruptured in the air as a portal spat out three people before closing behind it.

"Oww....okay, what the hell just happened?" the one called Zack asked as he rubbed the back of his head.

One in particular, was not really human, he was more of a human mutant, he head blue skin, wings and a tail, much like a gargoyle would. His name was Drake who took a look around "Not sure really" he looked over to their female friend.

Her name was Zoe, she wore metal guantlets that were actually attached to her hands as well with three small tubes that went from each guantlet and into her skin just above her wrists. She too had a look around "Hard to say really, it's possible that it was time travel, but also possible that this is another world altogther, I guess one way to find out is to ask the locals"

"Yeah, speaking of which....where would they be?" Zack asked back as he retrieved his guitar from the ground and strapped it onto his back again.

Tigeress stirred from her bed, as she felt another spasm of nausea settle in her stomach. ' not again!' she muttered as she headed towards the bathroom. Tiger stirred slightly then settled back to sleep
- agumon and Agumina returned to normal, and headed up to bed to sleep. Agumina Hugged him tightly, and pink and yellow lips met as Agumon kissed her gently." good night Agumina' Agumon said as they entered their room, and settled into bed next to tai. 'Night Agumon.." agumina said settkling in against the pillow. Sleep soon took her..agumon followed shortly afterwards.

Deimos sniffed the air. "Hey do you smell smoke?" he asked.

Another sniper wrinkled his nose. "Yeah and it's coming from..." he trailed off.

"S---! The magazine! If those munitions go we're f---ed!" he said, getting to his feet.

Inside the magazine, which was a small cave beneath the hotel that was pressed into service storing all the thousands of rounds of ammunition that the Pelvanida group had purchased/scavenged or the refugees had bought with them.

Inside, a small fire was raging next to some Molotov cocktails. Some were already broken and spilling their flammable liquid, fueling the fire further.

Several volunteers were using fire extinguishers to keep the fire from spreading to two nearby crates filled with RPG-7 anti-tank tandem HEAT rockets and RPG-7 high explosive/fragmentation rockets.

Luckily, the canisters of small arms ammunition, canisters of autocannon shells and grenades were far away from the fire.

One of the men radioed Stripetail.
