the enemy mage deflected the soundwaves as more Dragonstorm forces arrived

The pilot terminated the connection. "Let's rock and roll," he said.

The gunner whooped and immediately launched some high explosive rockets at the convoy.

Brimspark was rushing to aid Ironleaf but an anti-air missile knocked it out of the sky.

"Mayday! Mayday! This is gunship Brimspark. We're-" was all that was heard over Stripetail's radio.

Raptix made his way to the Grove. "Lilo, do you want to tap the trees for sap or harvest the leaves?" he asked.

Around him, several other dinosaurs were harvesting other medicinal herbs.

One of the dinosaurs was using a stone knife to shave off bits of a dark red bark into a calabash.

"Commander Chong, the metal soldiers are approaching Surf Point." Mr. Goat's voice said through the radio.

"The underground kitchen," Haresh replied.

Setsuna scanned the road as she ran ahead of the convoy. She spotted a Golden Retriever mage wearing body armor and an armored helmet in the distance.

"Guys! Stop! There's a mage a head and it looks like he's trying to cast a spell or something!" she shouted.

Unfortunately, just as she spoke, the mage's spell finished casting and summoned several spirit minions. The minions were armed only with knives and crude bows.

I'll harvest the leaves' Lilo said moving over and stopoping to pick up a few leaves..

Scooby stopped the mystery machine and got out, he was soon followed by Dixie tigress and Agumina. "Rets ro rhis ruys" he said, as Spyro and Cynder hovered overhead " Ro raread ruys" Scooby said to the two dragons.. " Re'll re right rerind rou.."
) Excellent mr Goat.. a convoy has engaged the enemy' Chong replied.. " I'm sending in a battalion of 2000 troops to secure the city.."

As the convoys were now underfire, Ghost turned his attention to the mage as well, pulling out one of his weapons in the process before charging forward and striking the mage, right across the face as Zoe followed up with with a few blasts aimed at the mage as well.

Zack begun to play his guitar again before launching another soundwave right at the mage in order to help bring the mage down to his feet.

As that had happened, Ghost placed his foot to the mage's throat, putting away the weapon he had out before pilling out his handgun, aiming it at the mage's head and firing a single shot.

Drake however, was watching the plane known as Ironleaf before spreading his wings and taking off into the sky in order to catch up to the plane, knocking on the window of said plane to ask them one thing "Just a quick question is that where is everyone else? Aren't they suppose to be in the town somewhere as well?"

Eevee gave a nod to haresh "Alright, you can lead the way then" she spoke with a giggle as well.

Raptix nodded and began tapping one of the penthium trees. He watched as the sap slowly dripped into the calabash.

The fighters riding in the truck leapt off the bed of the truck and regrouped behind some piles of concrete rubble and started shooting.

Setsuna cast reflection just as a few arrow bounced off of her. She tossed a fireball into the middle of the formation, setting some of the minions on fire.

A charged arrow and a grenade sailed overhead killing some more minions.

Deimos was on the highest point - the balcony of a ruined shop. He drew a bead on the mage, who was busy summoning more minions and shot him square in the head. The mage fell down and tried to heal but two more shots in the head finished him off. But the group still had a horde of spirit minions to contend with. He pulled a grenade off his vest and hurled it into the mass of minions.

Rime had set up his rifle on another balcony and was also sniping the minions. An arrow shattered against his hard armor vest.

Ceela's archers were shooting their deadly metal tipped arrows into the advancing horde. One of the archers took an arrow to the throat.

the sprit miuninions started attacking in the group, in all there werre about fifty minions , which made the odds about even for now
tiger and Tigeress blasted away with freezing blasts, and were soon jjoined by Agumon and Agumina fireing fireballs at them. Scooby and Dixuie drew their swords and clashed with a pair of minions.. Stitch and angel bounced and rollewd around the minions punching and striking them..

The metal soldiers attracted the attention of a roving patrol.

They immediately opened fire with with the Humvee's .50 caliber machine gun, loaded with armor piercing rounds.

They had cut down several of the metallic invaders but a railgun slug ripped through the Humvee, killing the driver and rendering it completely useless. A spray of machine gun fire killed the rest of the troops.

Setsuna was stabbed as she threw another fireball. She retreated a bit and killed the minion who stabbed her with a point-blank magic missile attack.

Mr. Bigmouth was busy firing arrows. An arrow struck him in the side but he ignored it because the arrow was so small compared to him. He fired a non charged arrow and literally shot it through two minions.

One SPVDF soldier took an arrow to the face and was killed.

Even the trucker was assisting. He ran out of bullets, so he was using a tire iron as a club - to great effect.

Dr. Zanasiu and Zachary reloaded their weapons as Strut and Anton covered for them.

"Well, we were going to head into town to help out" Pikachu replied back as Vaporeon nodded along as well.

"Problem is, everyone has already left without us" Vaporean added in with a bit of a sigh as well.

Ghost looked around "Clean up all this stuff" he ordered both Zack and Zoe.

Zack however, gave off a light snort "Why should we do that?"

"Unless you want more of those soldiers looking for their fallen comrades, it would be best to clean it all up" Ghost replied back as he looked up at the plane as well.

Zoe sighed a little "I hate to admit it, but he's right on the matter" she told him "Besides, it's not like we have anythign better to do at the moment"

Drake gave off a slight shrug back "Sure, that would actually be kind of useful right about now" he replied back as he looked down to Ghost, Zack and Zoe, to which Ghost gave off a nod back.

The four of them were now deciding to follow Ironleaf back to the command post, especially since Ghost did wish to speak to someone in charge himself.

The Rovermobile opened and its occupants dashed out. Mikeys brought out his nunchuks and started swinging them, who wants some" he smirked as he jumped into action..
Gabumon blasted at a minion freezing him sloid in ice...

Jusa Flew out of the Hotel on her Brookstick and headed towards Surf point she and Myra would help the others in the hotel stop in the invasion..

Tigress blasted a sprit into shards with a well placed blast Tigress used her horns to parry a strike by another Minions. Scooby swung his sword against an minion he was fighting with, shattering the minions sword and knocking it backwards..

Ceela watched as one of her archers took an arrow to the eye. She herself skewered a minion against the Mystery Machine with her metal arrow.

"Wait, I've got a better idea!" the trucker shouted as he smashed a minion's sword with his tire iron.

"What?" Mr. Bigmouth shouted. He stabbed a minion who got too close to him with a non charged arrow, pulled it out and shot it through some nearby minions. He had some arrows sticking out from him but the arrows were not too much of a problem for him thanks to his great size.

"Get in our vehicles and simply run them over!"

"Good idea!" Mr. Bigmouth shouted. "Everyone! Get back in the vehicles! We're going to try and plow through them with our vehicles!"

Ironleaf led the Drake, Ghost, Zack and Zoe to the Inglorious Hotel.

Some soldiers kept their weapons at the ready and they watched the four. Ironleaf kept its 25 mm chin mounted autocannon trained on the group.

Stripetail's radio crackled. "Stripetail, this is Ironleaf, the four are outside the hotel and under guard. Ironleaf out."

The soldiers escorted the four inside the hotel while Ironleaf returned to its patrols.

Setsuna cast haste and reflection and charged. She body slammed one minion, sending it flying into a wrecked street sign.

The trucker started his vehicle. He did not care that the windows were broken.

The Pelvanida group, Paul, Anton, Jose, Al, Dirk, Kurt and Ms. Swimmer got onto the truck's bed.

Five minions tried to climb on the back but Al, Dirk, Jose and Kurt each shot one. Ms. Swimmer kicked the last one off the truck where it was crushed under its wheels.

The truck and the armored Humvees slowly moved forward, crushing the spirit minions under their wheels.

The Humvees also attacked the minions with their mounted machine guns.

Deimos got to work removing the arrows from Mr. Bigmouth.

(OOC - I lost Ms. Swimmer, so say she is riding in the truck with everyone else.)

Stripetail was standing in front of the staircase as the four newcomers were brought in. " Identify yourselves " He said to them. " i am lord Stripetail, the commander of the anti-Dragonstorm forces.."
_ Scooby pulled forward as soon as the lasst of his passengers climbed inside. the van lurched as it ran over a couple minions, and then skidded across the road onto the gravel, as Scooby frantically tried to correct the slide. After a few seconds, he managed to get back on the road and reached the west enterance to town in fifteen mintes.

Zack gave off a light groan "You're the commander? Ugh....you already know who us there are, but....you don't know about him" he spoke, motioning to Ghost.

Ghost glanced at Stripetail some, as if he was examining him a bit.

"This here is Ghost, not really a friend of ours, since he has tried to kill us on muliple occasions, but for now, he's on our side" Drake decided to tell Stripetail.

"That is, until I am able to get back to my own world" Ghost added in to Stripetail.
