the dragonstorm forces were slowly driven back, leaving the convention center in the hands of the defenders.. Spyro and Cynder entered the convention center and took a seat on a bench.. bullet casings and denris lay everywhere, and gunfire still echoes in the building..

Mr. Bigmouth cleared his throat. "Deimos has found and killed a spy in the kitchen," he said. He then took a stand in the juror's box.

"Stockboy at the Surf Point Supermarket. I live in Surf Point," Dwight replied. "I only knew the others since we got 'drafted'."

Dirk seized a rifle from a fallen Dragonstorm trooper and shot an approaching Dragonstorm trooper. Another trooper was felled by a shot from an SPVDF soldier taking cover behind a podium. Another trooper fired several rounds through the podium, killing the trooper.

Sara made some elemental fire and shaped it into the shape and appearance of Ghost Rider, adding in an illusion spell to it and sent it off to ride through some invading troops, adding in his demonic laughter as it did so.

Some of the terrified troops shot at the Ghost Rider illusion while others simply ran away.

Mr. Bigmouth stepped outside the courtroom and radioed Deimos. "Deimos, this is Bigmouth, you have a new order. Seek and kill any spies you see. Bigmouth out."

He then put the radio away and entered the courtroom. "If anyone needs me, I'll be assisting in moving in some ammunition and fuel that had been airdropped from Carson City Camp recently," he said before exiting the courtroom.

"Mr. Grayson, has it struck you as unseemly to betray your fellow townspeople by deserting? They volunteered to defend this town and surrounding areas. They trusted you and your partners to keep an uninterrupted supply to them. You broke that trust by deserting," Clve said coldly.

Dirk, Jose and Kurt along with several SPVDF soldiers continued shooting it out with the few remaining Dragonstorm troops.

Kurt loaded the last rounds into his revolver as he punched a hole in the magical core of metal trooper with two well placed shots.

Jose ducked behind a podium. Two bullets tore through it and his haz-mat suit but the essential water powered healing factor let him ignore the wounds and kill the offending Dragonstorm trooper.

(OOC - is there still mustard gas around Neptune City?)

Scooby drove into view, wih Genki manning the rifle. Gemki let forth a blistering volley from his weapon, knocking the Dragonstorm forces back..

They dynaman team continued to fight with Petrie and Ducky with them as well. They again combined their weapons once more to shoot it at a tank, though this time the all remembered to brace themselves before dyna red shot the weapon.

Dwight shook his head. "I have nothing more to say," he said. He then stepped off the witness stand.

"Captain Gatara, do you swear to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth?" the ghost-prosecutor asked.

"I do," she said.

"Very well, how would you say these four men behaved?"

Captain Gatara sighed. "They had a tendency to be rather abrasive to the other members of the logistics squad. Not to mention, they were not exactly punctual. But if they did show up - and that is a big 'if' - they were some of my most efficient squad members," she said.

Dr. Zanasiu's APC crashed through another wall of the convention center, sending glass shards flying.

Several Sang-Heili troops took up defensive positions and engaged the remaining Dragonstorm troops.

To their horror, some Team Galactic grunts and their pokÈmon warped in.

"I thought we killed those f---ers already!" Strut shouted. Some bullets penetrated struck his armored vest but he decided to ignore it. A Beedrill charged him and tried to sting him. It broke its stinger on his hard armor plates but it was too close for him to to shoot, so he grabbed a glass shard and jammed it into the Beedrill's eye.

Velma, in her space ranger form, continued to fire on some invaders, focusing on some that had already been injured by Wargrowlmon or by his collateral damage, to help insure there would be less troops who could possibly fire on him.

Ceela's bow was sliced in two by a Scyther. She tossed a potted plant at it, momentarily distracting it and letting Rime kill it with a shot to the head.

Two Galactic grunts armed with submachine guns pursued Shaggy.

A Sang-heili trooper was hit by a Flamethrower attack from an Arcanine. Her fellow troopers shot the Arcanine but one of them was killed by the Arcanine's trainer.

shaggy's eyes grew wide as he sqw he was being pursued. He put on a burst of speed, fueled by sheer fear.. this was far different than the mysteries he and gang used to sol vve..
_Robbie entered the courtdoor carrying an assortment of drinks " forgive me for intrudkiing, but i thought some of you would like refreshments.." He said holding up his pitcher " i have coffee, tea and an assortment of juices..

Mr. Bigmouth entered the courtroom. "Munitions and fuel have been stored away," he said. Be then took a glass of tea. "Thank you," he said to Robbie.

Captain Gatara took a glass of water. "They simply did not show up for duty a few days ago. I assumed that they had been killed. Yesterday, I was informed that patrol members Gold, Lowe, White, Garson and Santiago had apprehended them as they tried to leave via a fishing boat that had been abandoned at the Surf Point Marina," she said, sipping from her glass.

Deimos patrolled the lobby. Around him, the refugee children were playing and being watched by the parents. He noticed that some of the children carried firearms. He sighed as he poured himself a glass of essential water.

Rime shot the two grunts chasing Shaggy. He reloaded his rifle. "Shaggy! Up here!" he shouted from the top floor

Paul tossed some grenades into a first floor conference room where some Galactic grunts and their pokËmon were hiding. He then readied his rifle. Anton - armed with a shotgun - and a Sang-Heili trooper waited for the grenades to detonate.

When they did, the three charged into the room and shot everyone who survived the initial blast.

(OOC - Santiago (James), Gold (Darren), Lowe (Gustave) are patrol members)

Odysseus took a shot to the head, "Don't you know it's rude to shoot folks in the head." he said to some invaders who got scared, not seeing a human take a fatal would and not die. He shot a few of them in the head before the rest ran off. "See, don't like it when you're shot in the head do you?" he said. He momentarily holstered a beam weapon to pull out a floppy hat to put on his head to cover his head wound. using his index finger and thumb of his other hand to help. He then took out the other beam weapon pistol and went back to shooting.

Jason did a jumping flip to jump from one of Wargrowlmon's shoulder, onto his head then to his other shoulder, glad his being morphed enhanced his jumping ability and agility and a few other advantages.

Shaggy turned a corner and heasded up the stairs as his pursuers were killed. Thanks, man, I thought they were goibng to catch me..' he panted " How much longer before those guys are dealt with?" He asked
_ Dixie Tiger and Tigeress headed up a staircase.. on this floor there had been a slew of small stores, and some were still relatively intact.. " dixie this is not the time for shopping.." Tiger grumbled " we need to place that recover thats out of the line of fire" dixie replied.

"I think we're almost there," Strut said. Some Pin Missile attacks bounced off his hard armor vest and he shot the offending Jolteon.

Rime spat on the floor as he continued picking off the enemy troops.

Moran continued to keep firing his both of his blasters at the invaders as did Velma and Jason. Wargrowlmon continued to use his Atomic Blaster cannons to fire at foes.

Sara used some dragon fire here and there as well as various spells like darkness, waves of essential fire & others.

Shaggy started firing at the Dragonstorm troops some of whom were climbing up the stairs..
Stitch continud using the bmacjhine gun on top of his vehicle, it was kinda difficult to stay balanced with angel driving..
Stripetail now gazed over an orb .. which showed the various parts of the city. " We need to start reclaiming the city..piwece by piece will divide the enemy so its fuull strength can't be brought to bear.
Tigeress picked up a book from a bookstore " How to increase your love life? What the heck is this?
_ Put it back.. thats junk" dixie replied, sitting down on a pile of books..
