The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

"<Got it dad,>" Chomper replied, staying out of his prey's sight.

Rhamphy looked at Hunter - "Ehh.. Good morning miss." - he smiled abit of nervously, he then followed Cyrix's advice and began drinking some water, and later he used his left hand to took a bit of water and soak a bruise on his right shoulder.

Trod took a breathe and said - "Well, I am feeling better, I think I should try to practicing more sharptooth, so my throat can get used to it."

Dein started stalking the swimmers, but when he was very close to one of them, they had to sense him, because suddenly they began running away. Papa Sharptooth charged against one swimmer, that looked like the weakest and oldest of the herd. After a few moments of chasing Dein finally caught his prey, killing it on the middle of medium-sized clearing.

Chomper managed to catch 2 swimmers, little ones albeit, soon after. "<Yummy,>" he sighed happily, chewing on them.

Dein was just about to start eating his swimmer, when he heard somebody's shout:

"<Stop right there!>"

Papa Sharptooth looked up to see several fastbiters aproaching him. Most of them were adults, but there was one kid at Chomper's age. Dein knew all this fastbiters, as they were his family's "neighbours". For the most of the time, they were staying off each other's way, but there were instances (such like this), when they met.

"<Dont even touch it, Dein. This is our swimmer!>" one of the fastbiter exclaimed, who was the famile called Velora and she was the leader of this pack.

"<Really? I didn't see you've caught it>" Papa Sharptooth responded ironically.

"<Maybe you've kill it, but it is lying on our territory>" Velora said, puting emphasis on word "our" "See those stones over there and there?" she asked, pointing on her right and left. There was a few piles of big rocks. "They are marking the border between our territories and if something dies on our half of island, then it is our to eat."

"<Yes, but this swimmer was feeding on my part of island when I started chasing it, so that changes the rules>" Dein retorted.

"<Rules are rules>" Velora said firmly. Then the small fastbiter came a few steps forward and said sheepishly:

"<Why we just couldn't share this swimmer, mom? It would be more fair for all of us...>". Velora glanced at him briefly and then looked again at Dein.

"<Alright. We can share. Since this swimmer is not lying with its whole body on our territory, you can take its tail and legs. Agreed?>" she said to Chomper's dad. The rest of the pack laughed at that.

"<Agreed. You won't mind if I take my part now?>" he asked and grasped swimmer's tail. Then he dragged the swimmer's body on his side of border.

"<Oh. I am sorry. I wanted to rip his tail off, but I guess my jaws aren't so strong as they used to be>" he said with evil grin "<Now this swimmer is on my half, so I take all of it.>" The fastbiters growled with anger. They didn't attacked though, as they knew it that the sharptooth of Dein's size would be a challenge for them.

"<We will remember that, Dein. You can be sure of it>" Velora said.

"<Is that a threat?>" Dein sneered.

"<A warning.>" the leader of fastbiters answered "<For now I treat this as a simple misunderstanding, but someday you will cross the line in your arrogance and then this misunderstanding will become something... else>". She turned around and started walking away and so did the pack. Only little fastbiter was lingering a bit.

"<Come, Apto.>" Velora called him out.

"<I am coming, mom>" Apto answered and then he said affably to Chomper "Well... Bye. Maybe we will meet again...>" Next he run towards his mother...

"That sounds like a good idea, it does, it does." Ducky said to Trod while nodding to show she did agree.

"Are there parts of the language you would like to practice?" Littlefoot said.

"<This Velora and her group... Sometimes I wonder who is worse: them or chirping-biters...>" Dein said, returning to eating.

"<I'd say the chirping biters,>" said Chomper. "At least the fast biters aren't so annoying.>"

"<They are not so annoying because we see them rarely, but they are more dangerous. When you have enough of chirping biters you can scare them with roar, while the fastbiters would just roar back at you>" Dein said.

Trod nodded to Ducky as he smiled, he then asked Ducky, Littlefoot and the other dinosaurs present there at the moment. - "Do you know some of the sharptooth language?".

Ducky nodded, <Oh yes, Chomper has been teaching us the language.  Do you prefer we talk in it, because if you do we can, we can.> Ducky said.

"Yea, Chomper spent some time teaching us." Littlefoot said in flattooth.

Twiz smiled, "I don't need to be taught" he said, "I've been speaking both since my hatchdate, or whenever I was speaking I think, my herd's sharptoothed flyers but my dad wasn't, so I learned both...not sure if I'm a good teacher though, like Chomper seems to be".

"Oh you could do fine, Twiz" Kit encouraged, "come on, maybe you can help Trod while Chomper's not here".

"O-ok" Twiz shrugged shyly, "what would you want to start of first?".

Trod was very amazed to see Spike talking very fluid in sharptooth, he was about to ask how he learned when he began listening the other's answers.
"Well..." - Trod said to Twiz - "... I do know the basics of sharptooth language... but I guess one can always learn some more." - The Runner kid thought for a moment before continuing. - "I guess any tip you can give us all should be fine."

"Maybe we can practice by only talking in sharptooth for a while and see how it goes for you." Littlefoot said.

"Oh yes, that sounds like a good idea, it does, it does." Ducky said jumping up and down in her happiness at hearing such a good idea.

Dein finished eating and looked at the sky. It was a midday now.

"<Alright. I think we should go back, Chomper. Lets see if your friends are fine.>" he said to his son.

"If talking in sharptooth makes you feel happy, then maybe we should talk in the sharptooth language." - Trod said while nodding.
