Somthing I noticed

In LBT 3 littlefoot is 1/3 the size of Hyp but in the last episode of the TV series he is the same size as Hyp.

It could be that Littlefoot is just growing... after all he will be like 5 times his size when fully grown.

Nope. Littlefoot doesn't grow. He shrinks. Just use his grandmother's head for comparison. He's a heck of a lot smaller in LBT 10 than he was in LBT 4.

Likely it is due to no one making sure there is consistency and other things across the movies.

Well that is why I'm confused he varies in his size a lot.
