where do you get those LBT signatures?

Go to your profile (click on your name in the upper left of the screen) and go to "edit your signature".  There you can put in text and pictures, although there are a few guidelines of what you can and can't do, they can be found here:

those signatures that every member has like the LBT songs they like and stuff about Gang of 5 member of 2009 or Gang of 5 friendly member 2009.

The Friendly Member and those other types of images you see are member awards, which are handed out once a year after votes have been cast.

Member of (insert year here) are given to those who stay at GOF and remain active for...I think it's 2-3 years or something.
