I was rather surprised at this as I had not expected the White House lawn to be free for any movie promotion purposes.
The webpage the picture is taken from gave the answer to the riddle. Easter events seem to be what paves Littlefoot's way to the vicinity of the oval office

Now isn't THAT a pretty picture!

I know that around Easter time, the presidential family opens up the White House lawn to do an Easter egg hunt for the kids.

I think it's the only time The White House grounds is open to the public!

The kid in this photo, though, doesn't seem to know too much about what's going on. Looks like he wants to run away, or something.

I wonder what's written on that macaroon he's wearing.

I also wonder if anybody's ever dressed up as any of the LBT characters at a furry convention. I do hope to make it to Anthrocon in Philly one year. Maybe next year will be the year!

I've been to Conifur in Seattle a few years ago, but I hear Anthrocon is a thousand times bigger.

Oh well...
