Lion King II: Set in Reverse Idea updated

Since my original idea for Lion King 2: Set in reverse proved not to be successful, I gave it some thought and came up with an updated version of it. (This can also be found on TLK pride forum.) Here's the idea.

Sort of an alternate take on the first Lion King, what if Scar still was the one who killed Mufasa, but what if that was the only evil he really did? What if he still became king (With Zira as his queen.), but not a bad one? What if he didn't exile Simba, and Simba still lived in the Pride Lands? What if he kept the hyenas under control? What if Simba and Nala became friends with Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed?

Basically, that's the idea. Anyone interested?

I'll control Banzai, Simba, and Zazu (Unless someone else wants them.)

That still would not sit well with Simba, after all, no matter how scar ruled, he still denied Simba his rightful place as king, and he gained the throne through murder. So, it really wouldn't matter even if Scar proved a decent or good king. You can't befreind someone who betrayed you in so great a fashion.

Oh, good point. Well, there is another idea I got inspired by a fanfic I read, Scar would only be temporary ruler until Simba was old enough, then simba and Nala take over. If this rp does happen, I still want to include Zira, Kovu, Vitani and Nuka (We could say Nuka was already born.)

no matter how long Scar ruled, his rule would be a burden to those under his rule and a major rritant to Simba. in the LK mythos, kings don't just step aside...

Let me be clear. i like the idea, its putting into effect thats the issue. Its kinda like the problems Cinderella 3 had, with the evil stepmother getting ahold of the Godmother wand and changing the past. Well, if Scar changes things so he's king, Simba is dead, period. so he's out of the picture.

Well, when me and some other LK rpers did this on the lion king bards, there were some details just to leave to the reader's imagination, in the original set in reverse RP, we never did say how Simba killed his dad, we just said that he did. And this RP is somewhat an AU.

That's how the original Set in Reverse RP worked, yeah. So, if we do get this RP going, who would you want to control Nick22?

Simba or Nala.. I'd think we'd want to get the current Lk rp done or nearly so before starting this..

And i don't think Kovu should lplay much if any of role. I think we should have Nuka be the next in line since we are doing a complete AU storyline..
