there is this one scene where his teeth sparkles, how could his teeth be white when there was no toothpaste back then?

Maybe it's just universal's way of making him look even better then he already is,There's also a TV series episode where his teeth sparkles isn't that odd

That shot of Littlefoot was from a dream sequence that Cera had... it wasn't real. In other words, Cera is only imagining the Littlefoot was given a triumphant parade with his teeth shining.
