Petrie had had breakfast with his family and once finished had told his mother he was going to look for his friends. He then took off flying around and headed to some likely places looking for them.

Spotting Littlefoot with someone else that he recognized as Shorty as he flew closer he then flew over to were they were.

"Shorty come visit?" Petrie asked once he was close enough.
