Well This Is Strange....

I'm upgrading my office master computer that has the following specs:

*Intel Dual Core 2.00ghz Processor
*3gb DDR2 800mhz Ram
*750gb Internal Hard Drive
*Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 (non-legit copy)
*Integrated 24-in-1 Card Reader
*DVD-RW DL Drive

To this new machine:

*Intel Core2Duo 2.6ghz Processor With Intel Viiv Technology (don't know exact model)
*4gb DDR2 800mhz Ram
*750gb Internal Hard Drive
*Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 (legit version)
*Integrated 24-in-1 Card Reader
*DVD-RW DL Drive With Lightscribe

Strangely enough the processors rank the same on the Vista experience index (4.9).  The second computer's processor obviously whoops the processor of the first computer by a long shot.  What I wanna know is why the Vista experience index is the same for both of them?!  Everything else is ranked higher on the new machine except the processor.  It should have gotten a 5.5 pretty easily if not a 5.6 if what I've seen from other computers is any indication. :unsure:

No clue, really. Perhaps Microsoft doesn't consider the second processor as enough of an improvement to warrant a higher score?
