There's a scene in LBT V where Cera's Dad shouts for her, when the gang sneaks out to find food.
I can't think of any other, there are some scenes with mouths, like the Albertosaurus in LBT VI, and that crocodile in LBT X, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.

The first scene you described is one of those I had in mind (There they really rammed the camera down the characters throat. Personally I don't like that effect). I'm not a hundred percent certain about the other two scenes (I would have to check them out myself, but don't have my DvD's at hand). Anyway, go ahead, this game has been silent for too long already. Your turn.

Hyp, Nod, and Mutt in LBT 3, when the "Kids like us" leave to look for water in the Mysterious Beyond by themselves.
Dinah and Dana in LBT 6, when they go to Saurus Rock.

There are several scenes in the land before time movies in which the camera zooms very close into a character's eye often to create some special effect. Please give at least three examples for this.

First one: Doc's eye during the song: The Lone Dinosaur from LBT VI.
Second: Littlefoot's eye during the song: Beyond the Mysterous LBT VII
Third: Littlefoot's eye again during a begining scene in LBT X where he looks at the sun. You'll notice it sparkles when it gives a close up of his eye.

Close enough, I think that there is rain twice in the first movie, though, first when Littlefoot's egg is going to hatch, and second when Littlefoot's mother dies. But altogether, I can say that you're close enough to say... your turn!
