I've added Annabelle and Belladonna form the All Dogs go to Heaven TV series.

Team: Really Rottens (Both of them.)
Reason Annabelle's on a team of bad guys: Essentially, they had a match of poker and after Annabelle ran out of things to wager, she betted if she lost she would work for her cousin and Hell for 4 months.

Belladonna: Fire breath,
Can turn into a dragon if her anger levels are high,
Can sprout bat-like wings.
She can also call for a group of fire imps to help her if need be.

Annabelle: Power to sprout angel wings,
Can create temporary protective barriers.
Can cause snow fall (As seen in the Christmas Carol.)
