Tough call again, but Voltorb explodes and gets knocked out cold. Bomerman has feet and could avoid the attack so he'd win.

I've never really seen any of the old godzilla movie(s) (Not sure if there's more than one), but I'm gonna side with him anyway, since godzilla seems a whole lot bigger than the sharpteeth from LBT and could probably just squash them with his foot.

How bout a LBT sharptooth vs. Bulbasaur (Pokemon).
