I've never heard of that program [Though, I'm not into 3D modeling (which is what I'm assuming it's function is)]. They could've picked a better name for it, though.

 I have heard of that program, but I haven't try it.
 For my 3d modelling I use Milkshape3d and I plan to learn 3ds max.
