Can't remember the name of a cartoon

When I was a kid I used to watch this cartoon about a school where this old student lived in the bassement and transformed the school into all sorts of worlds depending on the days subject and then the kids had to find a way to save the school before he took over.

The only line from the show that I remember is when they where electing the class president and one of the characters had the slogan: "Don't be a fool, vote for O'Toole". The main character was a boy named something O'Toole.

Do any of you know this cartoon, can you tell me the name of the series? I've googled everything I could think of but just can't find it \:

If it is the one Sky suggested, I have no idea myself.  I found an intro on youtube using the name Sky suggested.

I remember this too.  They used to show it all the time on Cartoon Network, then one day it just disappeared.
