Hello there! I am Spiketail (original name, I know

Actually, I came into LBT rather late, when I was about 13, so I wasn't lucky enough to see it during my childhood. However, I have been a huge fan of it since.

I am one of those people who doesn't mind the sequels and I don't find them to be as bad as everyone says, even though there has been a ridiculous amount of them. It cannot be argued that the original is the best, though.

I do like to draw and I am currently on an animation course, so I might put up some fan animations in the future (if I can work out how to use the animated GIF format). At the moment, I can't draw the characters that well, but I'm sure I will improve with practise.

The opinion on the sequels is by no means universally negative. While a few say that it is only the original for them I think the majority here likes at least some of the sequels (though I think there are few who like every single one of them).

It's difficult for me to pick favourite characters because I love all of the gang and their individual personalities. Cera and Littlefoot are both interesting characters, but I also think Ducky and Spike are very cute (are they the underdogs of the whole series?). Petrie is also likeable, though I'm a little fed up of the assumption that he confronts his fear of flying multiple times in every single movie...

My favourite sequels would be numbers 3, 4, 5 and 7 (although the ending to that one was a downer, the storyline more than made up for it).
