"Can't say for sure if it'll be a help or not. But there are two more keyblade users. They drove off that giant heartless from earlier. Problem is, I don't think either of them are human..."

Damon looked back from the window to hear what Leon had to say. "What' s a key blade?" He asked Merlin. It sounded familiar somehow, as though he heard it somewhere before. However the more he thought about it, the mor he was confused.

Meanwhile in a world far away, two figures stood together in the shadow' s. One wearing a hood similar to the one's Organization wore, the other wore black and red Key-blade armor. "Soon our vengence will be complete and we shall make our glorious return to power." The armored figure said.

Yes the hooded one said as she chuckled. "The worlds shall rejoice at the return of the one true king, and our enemies will know our wrath." She said.

"And every king will need a queen, my dear." He said to his love, as they laughed at the joy of vengeance.

"Keyblades are powerful weapons that only a select few can wield," Raven said as he entered the crowded ship and squeezed his way to the front. He took a seat at the controls and examined them.

"You sure you can fly it?" Cid shouted from outside the craft.

Raven scowled. Ture, he had never flown a gummy ship by himself before, but Cid had certainly given him enough training. He flicked a switch and the engines hummed to life as a smug smile spread across his face.

"So remind me, what exactly is our destination?"

The castle of Yen Sid ' Merlin said. " i have a guest room there where I've got a number of important magics stored. and apparently according to leon there are least 2 more Keyblade weilders , besides sora and the rest that is.. "once we stock up at the castle and train these two" he jerked his thumb at Kopa and Vitani.. then we will begin the long arduous task of reclaiming the various worlds..'

"Hey, what about me, I wanna fight those Heartless things too." Damon said as looked at Merlin. "Who's Yen-Sid and Sora, and what's a weapon?" Damon asked. His mind racing with questions and curiosity. He never thought that he, the son of Leo, the most evil Lion ever would be anything but bitter, hateful and alone forever. But when he first laid eyes on those heartless monsters. He saw what real evil was, and it terrified him. He made a silent promise never to go down that road, he couldn't explain this sudden change in his character. It confused him, but he didn't want to think about it. He wished his mother was still alive, It was his fault she was gone, then an Idea came to him.

"Hey merlin, do you know how to bring back the dead?" He asked, hoping he could undo what he did to his mother and siblings.

Merlin sighed. "Reviving the dead is an extremely difficult and nasty business. It is possible, however, the Council of wizards(on which I sit, along with other great wizards) has forbidden reviving the dead except in grave circumstances. First off young lion, all mortal creatures have a time to die. some die very youing, others live a full life. Some who deserve to die live, some who don't deserve to die, do. You are not the first to ask me to do this Damon, and I will tell you what I have told the others. To bring someone back from the dead involves meddling with great forces and requires great magical powers to pull off, it is not an undertaking that is pursued lightly, nor often is it done with good intention. Most often the soul that the person wishes to revive is a loved one, such as a mate, or a father or mother. I can revive the dead, Damon, but i will not revive the lion, or lions you want to brinfg back. You must accept that they are gone..

Bringing back the dead raises too many questions ' Vitani said. For one she did not want to have her mother Zira, revived. "Besides, don't the dead have to want to come back, for that kind of stuff to work?"

"Oh." Damon said, his ears drooping backwards. He wondered why resurrections were not often done with good intentions, what was wrong with wanting his mother and siblings back. was it so wrong to want the family that was taken from him back, even if only to beg for forgiveness. Damon then got another Idea. "Merlin, is it OK to try and talk to the dead?" he asked, he thought that maybe he could at least beg for his mother to forgive him for being forced to eat her and his siblings alive. "besides, It's my fault their gone, My mom, my brothers and my sisters are gone cause of me."He said, unable to hold back his tears. "He made me eat them." He said, collapsing in his seat, burying his head into his front paws.

Talking to the dead is permitted " merlin said. " But Damon, the fault for their passing does not lie with you. A child such as yourself cannot be held responsible for that. Your father, on the other hand, can be held responsible, if he is not already dead."
_ Your dad ordered you tio eat your mother and siblings? Kopa drew back in horror and disgust. "Gawd, your father is a terrible creature." vitani had her paw over her mouth to prevent herself from becoming sick. " you didn't have a choice Damon, otherwise he would have tried to kill you as well..

So if Damon here is related to Scar and Zira, that means he is related toboth me and you Vitani. Scar was my great-uncle so Leo would be my second cousin, and you Damon would be my third cousin. Leo would be your half-brother and Damon would be a half-cousin." Kopa said.

Damon looked up in shock. Leo never mentioned his family, and Damon was always too scared of him to ask. "Also since Leo was your half-brother, I guess that would also make me your nephew." Damon said, before looking away. "But it doesn't matter, I don't deserve a family, and I don't deserve to live. " Damon insisted, turning back away. "He's also the one who gave me my name and my scar." He said, pointing to a grayish looking scar. "He had one too, he said it would be the only thing he would ever give me. Then he abandoned me. " Damon said, not wanting to say anymore. "Besides, time doesn't heal, it just stops the bleeding." Damon explained.

The ship moved over the town and headed out intioo the distance. ' the castle should be a few hours flight from here' Merlin said " If you wanrt to take a quick nap you can Kopa' "No, I'm too interested in seeing the sights " Kopa replied.. gazing at Vitani then Damon. Kopa felt pity for the young cub.. unfeigned pity.

Damon looked down. He didn't understand why they wanted him to be part of their family. "But look at me, I'm a black furred lion. Don't you know the stories. A black furred lion is an Oman of death and evil. I'm not a child either, I'm a monster." He said as he got up to turn around so he was facing away from them. He had told Merlin he feared nothing, but he did fear attachments. He was so traumatized by being forced to eat his mother alive, then his siblings, that he feared getting close for fear of losing them too.

"I heard about him, and only his mane, tail, and two small parts of his fur are black, the rest is brown. Most of my fur is so black, I've been mistaken for a panther a couple of times." Damon replied without turning around. "Besides, how do you know I didn't inherit any evil from Leo or scar?" Damon asked Kopa.

We just have to trust that you didn;t and given your comments so far, you haven't Kopa replied. "The fact that you mourn your mother and sibling, that you hate your father, only proves that you are not him. He abandoned you after all..
