I've been trying to resize this animation to 50px X 50px, and only 15KB's, but I can't get it less than 57 kb's can someone help?

This is the image.



EDIT: I need it to be this exact size, but 15 kbs, no more, no less, or it won't work.

EDIT: I've seen animations as avatars before, so why can't I get it the right size?
