"Could be worst." John said as he walked along, walking around the campus with no real goal in mind till he had walked around a bit. He wondered how often the place would get attacked till they finally defeated those folks. He guessed it may take a while, but who knows how long.

After a couple of Hours, Patrick had finished his Community Service for the day. "OK Marcus, I'll see you later. Patrick said as he left the park and saw William waiting by the car with the door open. Patrick got in, and William could already tell he was not in a mood to talk. Patrick looked at the weird looking watch and pushed a button that turned it into a regular digital watch. Patrick was still insulted that the other rangers seemed ticked at his choice to be a sort-of part timer. They just didn't understand why he was so adamantly opposed to working with a team, the last team he was a part of ended in tragedy, death, and unknown to him, Betrayal.

Rob walked around as he noticed the damage the Putties had caused to the campus. Already it seemed like work was being done to repair it, but he realized it would take some time before the campus was fully fixed. "Unbelievable," he muttered to himself. "I can't believe they caused all of this destruction." He noticed that a lot of the students were still a bit shaken from the attack, but none were hurt. As Rob walked into the cafeteria, he noticed on a TV screen a news reporter was talking about the Power Rangers. Rob walked closer to the screen and sat at a table in front of it to get a better look at it.

"It seems as though a new group of superheros has emerged today. Reports say that Angel Grove College was attacked today, but the college was saved by a group named the "Power Rangers". Witnesses report that the source of the attack is none other than the evil Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa, who have attacked Angel Grove before years ago. Now it seems like they have returned, but thankfully so have the "Power Rangers. We will bring you any and all updates to this story as soon as we get them."

Rob was amazed that word had gotten out already about them, but he was more relieved that their identities weren't revealed at all. "Angel Grove has dealt with them enough. I hope we can stop Zedd and Rita once and for all." He then got up and went to get something to eat.

Meanwhile, Zedd continued to monitor Rob's movements from his base. "Ah, the boy has doubts about his status as a Power Ranger, does he? Well we can certainly fix that!"

"Let me go down," Goldar begged. "I will make quick work of that brat my evil one!"

"Patience, Goldar," Zedd replied. "You will get your chance very soon. First we must think about our plan!" Zedd paced back to his throne, laughing. "We'll lure him away from the other rangers, and force him to fight the Putties alone! Then, Goldar, you will go down and finish him for good!"

"Yes, my lord!" Goldar agreed. "I'll destroy the red ranger after he's been weakened by the Putties!" Then he thought for a second before speaking again. "What if we took him to my dungeon! His friends would not be able to interfere with our battle!"

"An excellent suggestion," Zedd agreed. "Prepare the Putties at once!"

"It shall be done!" Goldar bowed and left to prepare the Putties.

"Yes," Rita said, "strengthen his self doubt, not being sure of himself. That'll weaken him, and with him gone the rest of the rangers." Rita said, laughing briefly.

Patrick sighed as he decided to head back to the collage. Even though he hated the Idea, he had a feeling Red needed a pick-me-up. "Back to the Collage William, I got somethings to take care of. "Of course Master Patrick." The butler said. After he got to the campus, he first headed to the dean's office to drop off a blank check to pay for the damages caused by these monsters. Even if they didn't know it, Patrick was determined to help repair any damages these freaks caused. It would be a huge tax write off, and the city might want to purchase his weapons to arm police to better protect the people from those monsters.

After this was done, Patrick searched the campus till he found Rob. "Keep the change." He said as he flipped the bill for Rob's meal. "You and I talk, now." He insisted as he found an empty table. Leaning forward, he stared at Rob. "Your new status carries not only responsibilities, but also risks. Our adversaries will no doubt target you to weaken the rest of us, so as much as I hate to do it, I'm going to be watching your back for awhile." He said. "also I want you to tell Mr. Blue if he ever hits me again, he'll eat everything through a straw." Patrick told Rob.

Canis kept oon walking the corridors of the school, he saw Rob and Patrick in the Cafeteria, he sighed and then he kept walking, making his way, he found some stairs, making sure nobody was watching him, he made his way up to the rooftop of the main building. The breeze was soft, the new Power Ranger looked for a spot in that lonely place, he found a shadowed place and sat down there, the in the floor, and got a book out of his backpack. - "Universal History" - he said with a smile. - "... what an inadecuate name." - Nevertheless, he began reading some more of it, it is part of his visit to know the basic of Humanity's history, even though he is not interested to become an expert, he must know some of the past of this race so he could try to understand them better.

"Mr. Blue has a name," Rob replied. "If we're going to succeed as a team, we have to put our differences aside and learn to work together." Rob sighed as he didn't want to lecture Patrick. He wasn't sure if Patrick was being sincere with his words or not as he told him he was going to keep an eye on him, but it really seemed like there was a good heart inside Patrick, even if it was covered by this lone wolf shell. "Look, I'm sorry for lecturing you. I really appreciate what you're doing here. I just don't want to let everybody down. I've never been given such a huge responsibility like this, and now that I think about it, I'm scared to death. I always dreamed as a kid of being a Power Ranger; I just never expected to actually become one."

Zedd laughed with Rita. "Yes my queen! With the red ranger out of the way, the rest of them will have no one to lead, and they shall fall under our power! Once the rangers have all been destroyed, the world will be ours!" His red visor glowed bright as he laughed devilishly. Goldar then walked in.

"The Putties are ready, my lord!"

"Excellent, Goldar!" Zedd replied. "The time has almost come to spring our trap. Soon, we shall lure Rob away and attack him!"

" I'm not gonna sugarcoat it for you. There will be times you fail, you will be defeated, you will make mistakes but you your not the first leader to go through this. Every leader must first defeat their own self doubt, either you master your own fears or they will master you. All battles are first won in the mind. our enemies will use every trick they have to weaken your confidence. But you need to block it out and power on through. Don't expect to win, don't expect to lose. Expect nothing. I'm telling this to you because you can't think about victory without also considering it' s opposite, defeat." He explained to Rob. "And thinking about defeat distracts the mind from doing what needs to be done in order to win, that is what ever your obligations are, because one who abandons their obligations is already defeated." The new yellow ranger explained to his team mate.

Rob never expected this from Patrick, but then again he had only known him for a short period of time. He was happy to see that Patrick did genuinely care about his fears, even if it was for the slightest bit. Rob let Patrick's words sink in a bit and then nodded. "Thanks Patrick. I'm glad you're part of the team." Rob looked around and noticed many students and professors still trying to cope with the recent attack. "Well it looks like classes aren't going to resume any time soon. I think I'm gonna go walk around and see what's off campus. You want to come?"

Patrick scoffed at rob's gratitude. "Don't think I'm doing this to be nice boyscout, I just don't want to listen to your pesamestic attitude." The new yellow ranger said. "As for coming with you, sure but should find the others. If we stay together, we will be less likely to be picked off one at a time." Patick said, his tone indicating his distaste for the very Idea. "But watch your back around that Canis, something about him just seems off. Don't you think he knows too much for some rookie who got drafted for a interplanetary feud?" Patrick sugested. "So, any Idea how to round up our little band of super friends?" Patrick asked in a synical tone as he crossed his arms.

John briefly stretched and briefly looked around. He was curious what the others were doing, but guessed they were all around doing their own things. He guessed he would likely find out eventually. He considered a quick walk around, as part of an exercise and something to do since he had no homework assignments to do, and had already done his reading.

Tracy had returned to campus as well, nd was walking around exming the mess the putties hd caused, which was considerable. " there will be no science classes for awhile" She said to herself as she walked on down the path..

Rob ignored Patrick's first comment as he somewhat expected him to act like that. Maybe someday I'll break through to him. In response to Patrick's question about Canis, Rob shrugged his shoulders. "He didn't seem that strange to me. I mean we've all heard stories about the Power Rangers before. Maybe he just heard more stories than us." Rob didn't want to say that Patrick was being paranoid, considering this was probably one of very few chances for them to have a civil conversation together. In response to gathering everybody else, Rob had an idea. "Well we could do it the hard way, which would be walking all over campus to find them, or we can do it the easy way." Rob looked around to make sure nobody was watching. He then leaned in towards his communicator and pressed the button. "Hey guys, if you can here this, Patrick and I are gonna take a walk off campus for a bit. Any of you want to come along, meet us outside. See you in a bit." He then looked at Patrick. "Shall we?" He then stood up and proceeded to head outside.

Patrick sighed. "whatever he said as he followed Rob. Another reason Patrick was doing this, and he doubted Rob would like it, was to use Rob as 'Goldar bait' to get at that alien freak. " Also remind me to Grafiti Zordon's tube. that floating head freak had no right to blab about my past." Patrick said to Rob. Patrick was suspicious of this Zordon freak. He obviously had some tech that, in the right HUMAN hands, could give mankind the power to take control of their own fates. Patrick also wondered what other secrets this Zordon was hiding them, he needed answers, and possibly insurrance to enssure Zordon stayed on the side of the angels, as he said he was. However that could wait. The task at hand was to meet up with the rest of the rangers. Another question in Patrick's Briliant mind, who was that 'Gold' Ranger, but that could wait as well.

Meanwhile on the Moon, Rito wanted in on the latest plan. "Come on Ed, let me help, please please please!" He begged.

Canis was reading his book, he couldn't avoid watching at the many wars that have been fought. - "Maybe Sirians and Humans aren't that different after all... but we stopped killing each other centuries ago." - he said, but then he watched everywhere, nobody was there. - "... maybe I shoudl stop talking to myself like this." - but before he nagged himself about that, his communicator beeped, he listened to Rob's message and replied. - "I will be there in a couple of minutes." - he clicked a button to end the conversation, stored the book with his other books in his backpack and stood up. Wondering what will that 'Ranger meeting' be about he began going down the stairs, back to the first floor.

John decided to head to the gym area of the university and work out a bit as he did on a regular bases. Then maybe he'd go get a snack, or something at the nearby hang out afterwards.

He went to his room to get ready to go to the gym then headed there to start his work out.
