New Harlow (include Old Harlow that part of Harlow Town now! a town I live in built north of London around 1950-51 to house the London homeless ppl that lost homes from the bombing in World war II. (One of seven towns)

In south-east england of course.

Osnabr¸ck - town in Germany. One of the two places where the Westfalian peace was signed (which put an end to the 30 years war). According to polls the people from Osnabr¸ck are more happy with their town than any other Germans are elsewhere.
