Actually I was pleasantly surprised how it wasn't as girly/cheesy as I expected it to be. In fact, it was pretty cool! And it just got cooler and cooler as time went on. It just took a long time for me to appreciate the animation style. But after I learned it was created in Flash, I liked it even more. Imagine making a whole cartoon in such a primitive program (at least in professional studio standards).

I actually thought they did a terrible job animating her as a child. She looks anorexic and not very cute. She's the only character I thought looks better as an adult.
