Dad,Vitani would like to eat timon and Pummba Kopa started but was stopped short from a glare from Simba ' Absolutely not! Those two are not to be harmed while they live here, is that understood? I know you don't have the same ties to them Kopa that I do, but I will not permit you, Vitani or anyone else to harm them. am I clear?' he then turned to Vitani " my dear Vitani, what got intio you? You know that Timon and Pummba are my oldest friends..

Suddenly, some laughter was heard. Kiara, Kovu, and Vitani's faces lit up.

"It's the trio..." Kiara smiled.

"It's true daddy," Kiara nodded, "They didn't try to eat me or anything when I was a cub, and we got along well."

Everyone was aware it was somewhat of a bombshell for Simba to learn that both his kids were friends with the creatures who tried to kill him as a cub.

Simba said we don't need any more excitement today that we've already had,, I mean Nuka reveals himself to be alive.. theres only so much one can take in a day.. you keep an eye on them kovu and stop them from causing any mischief. If they protest,m pull rank on them " I'm a prince and if you don;t do as I say..' They'll figure it out..

my dear, i just think you said that in order to see how easily you could sway my son..once he becomes king, he will be much harder to sway, becuause of royal traditions, and decrees and all that good boring stuff that Zazu bored into me when i was a cub. i just wanted to rule, i didn't know how hard it wouldn't actually be running a kingdom. i really doubt you'd actually eat timon or pummba, yes they can be annoying but they are my friends, as long as they live, they are under my protection, even if i am no longer king..
