The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

This is not my favorite anime, but this is my favorite anime song. It’s really a beautiful song in my opinion because it sounds really pretty at some parts while some parts of the tune are dark. I sometimes find my interpretation of true beauty in songs when the music is both lively and grim. Happy every second is not my ideal image of a beautiful song because I like songs to reflect people I find beautiful, and no person is happy all the time. (Eh, that didn’t make sense, did it?) I guess, if I saw a person literally happy all the time, I would be more perplexed than apt to find room for admiration. I like the beauty of music to be the dominant part of the song in the form of the cheerful notes while the dreary ones are the more underlying, though I equally enjoy both sides of the scales in people. The parts in the song I enjoy most are 0:30-0:49 and 1:25-1:45.

Till I Die by the Beach Boys. A very sobering, beautiful, yet dark song that Brian wrote about the smallness of one person and the vastness of the universe. He ponders how long he'll be such a small object being moved by forces beyond his comprehension, and the conclusion he draws is well... more like a hopeless realization if anything, though I do still enjoy the song for its musical brilliance and beautiful complexity. Really captures the mood he was in at the time; a dark and lonely place indeed.

The Trader by the Beach Boys. An interesting anti-imperialist song.
