Frollo and Quasimodo Caption

The Horned King isn't the only overly serious disney villain that is fun to caption. I've come to realize that Judge Claude Frollo is quite fun to pick on as well..

Seriously, why are characters like that so fun to pick on? Is it their attitude? The way they're so serious(Why so serious?)? Or is it something completely different..?
